the boys and i were currently at the skate park near to campus. "are you ever gonna tell us why you stormed out of hype?" anthony asked as he takes a break to hydrate himself and the others paused in curiosity, i have been avoiding answering this question since that night. i was mad at amelia, i never thought she'd be the type of girl to run away from her problems, i.e avoiding me for no apparent reason and no notice. how could she not see that i liked her, was i not clear enough? was i never enough?

"aren't you with nailea now?" kio continues to pry, i swear he shoves his nose in drama or things that don't have anything to do with him. "we just hang out, we aren't dating?" i reply, the last part came out sounding like a question, "does she know that? avani was telling me that y'all kissed and she seemed very interested" anthony informed me, i groaned inwardly, the one person i want is not interested but her best friend is. maybe i could use this to my advantage, this plan that is formulating in my head is so stupid, i would not only hurt nai but myself. i just needed to let things play out, nick will eventually fuck up. i grab my board and resumed skating the ramps.
the boys left and now it's just me at the park, in the distance i see two figures. one of them looked extremely familiar, and god forbid it was nick austin, but he wasn't with amelia it was another brunette girl. that mother fucker is cheating on amelia, i grabbed my phone out to take a photo.
