Mary is luring Koke to God knows where. But it is clear that they're heading to a beach or something like that. They are walking side by side but Mary seems to be leading whatever the adventure she's planning. Her lips parting smile won't just go now as she's being her normal self. Cheerful most of the time, open, friendly, just like that. The two are walking at a leisurely pace on a tarmacked pedestrian. It is evening and the rays are barely noticeable. Surprisingly, there's no breeze to match the occasion but with the treetops waving so slightly, it is a sign that just in a moment, what's controlling their movement is yet to touch Mary's light floral elbow-length sleeve dress, that covers her knees, leaving her lower legs bare. It is a simple white background dress designed with red roses all over.
There are not many people on the walkway, let alone the streets and it seems like the further the couple lookalike goes, the fewer they become. Koke is visibly getting suspicious of the secretary's intention. Nevertheless, he ain't lame or something. He can decide to take off at once if need be. He's not used to being around groups. He's neither used to being in such a situation where he's moving with a lady as if they're more than friends. No wonder he's so composed at the moment, pocketing in his black super skinny suit pants, which he matches with a white fitting elbow length sleeve shirt that is neatly tucked, showing off his black expensive looking belt which got no label whatsoever.
Mary is doing two-thirds of the talking and giggling and more, while Koke is just an almost frozen source of fake chuckles at a colleague's childhood stories of her running around with her grandmother, her waking up the poor old lady as early as cockcrow just to watch cartoons. Koke doesn't really watch cartoons during his childhood and he finds it unfitting that they can be comic.
He doesn't plan for this, as somewhat a good planner he is. So, he's wondering, while forging a smile, what he can do or what he can tell Mary so that this trip is called off. All is blocked because he doesn't know how the former will react. He ain't rude either, though he looks to be. His face, most of the time is flat with no word to describe what he might be feeling. Here, he's laughing a little, just to be presentable and on point with what is going on, something that rarely comes to him. He just has a better option of backing off his thoughts of escaping this. The giggling, chortling and talking seem to be shooting for their peak. Mary, perhaps, doesn't care if she's the only one contributing to everything going on. From leading a dude leisurely to perchance more of that to chipping him into her presumably funny past.
It is kinder weird how she doesn't even ask him a question about his past. Oh well, Koke doesn't ask anything but it isn't pointless if she asks anyway. Belike she knows him a bit now. She knows that he won't ask anything. She'll be agape if that happens, most especially now, when both ain't at work. It is at Bob's that Koke is serious with his mouth uttering out something. And most especially questions. Outside the doors of the company he works for, he's other than what he is while working, and that is a slight notice.
“Oh yeah, here we're.” Mary speaks, turning her bubbly face to Koke, who's gotten out of a daydream. Up to now, he's still pocketing as if he feeds from it.
“Um....Where are we?” He smiles sincerely, knowing that they're just a stone throw from the waters. Mary grins, understanding what her workmate is trying to push. She reaches for his nearest of the shoulders, clutching it to feel the toughness of this boy's bone. Koke's just so slim. It is a guess that some people wonder how he survives being carried away for say, in case of a wild storm.
Koke won't feel any pain regardless of Mary's efforts to jestingly thrust it upon him. On noticing so, she resorts to shaking him by that same point, alluring sharp sniggers from him. She ceases after getting what she wants. A sincere moment from the lad. This slightly stumbles Koke sideways but he's fit enough to grab back him momentum.
