Y/N POV
We reached the house Arvo was taking us to but at a cost. Luke died and Clem fell into the lake because Bonnie told her to help Luke. Sometime later Me and Clem wake up still snuggled together.
Y/N: Are you warm now?
Clem: Thanks to my teddy bear yeah.
Y/N: What about your face?
Clem: Hurts but manageable.
Mike: Let me take a look at you, kid. Jesus. He coulda killed you. The fuck is wrong with him?
Jane: You're both up. Kenny's out back, trying to get some stupid truck started.
Clem and me sit down next to Jane, who is holding a can of food.
Jane: Here. You should eat something. (gives can to Clem)
Y/N: All yours Clem.
Clem: No you're eating too.
Y/N: Fine.
Mike: You okay?
Arvo: Thank you.
Jane: I can't believe he's gone. I've lost people before, but... it just hasn't felt this... this shitty in a while
Clem: He was a great guy.
Y/N: Yeah he was.
Jane: Goddamn it...
Jane puts her head in her hand.
Jane: I shouldn't have come back. I knew this would happen. I knew it. Always does.
Clem: Well, I'm glad you did.
Jane smiles.
Mike: I'm gonna find somethin' to clean that up.
Arvo: Thank you... thank you.
Mike: I can't take this shit anymore.
Mike leaves, and Kenny enters.
Kenny: Feelin' better?
Clem: Yeah.
Kenny: Hell of a day. But we gotta get movin'. If you're both feelin' up to it, I could use a pair of hands out back with this truck. This house ain't worth a crap, but the vehicles ain't in bad shape. With a little luck, we can get one fixed up and be outta here by nightfall.
Clem: Yeah, sure, Kenny.
Kenny: That's the spirit, darlin'. I'll wait for ya out back.
Clem and me look at AJ.
Jane: I'll watch him.
Kenny leaves. Clem gets up, and puts on her jacket.
Clem: Here. [offers sweater]
Y/N: You sure?
Clem: Yeah. Thanks for giving it to me.
Y/N: I love you so no need to thank me.
Clem: I love you too.
We kiss.
Jane: Kids. Just... be careful.
Clem and me go outside.
Kenny: What'd she have to say? I know she was runnin' her mouth. What'd she say?
Clem: Well, we didn't talk about you.
Kenny: Really?
Y/N: Really, Kenny.
Kenny: What happened... it's over. But AJ needs us now. We gotta stick together on this thing, alright? Come on, let's see if the truck's gonna go.
Kenny hands Clem the keys.
