THE REAL FRIENDS of Spider-Man were at Ned's grandmother's house. MJ sat with Gwen and Ned at the table hearing the news report of the attack at the condominium.

Peter was pacing around the room on his phone. He'd been trying to call Y/N and Michael. He even tried calling May, but they were all going to voicemail. It was scaring him, he didn't know if somehow they were all in the building.

Suddenly, as Peter was trying to call them again, he heard what the journalist on the scene was saying.

"We are told that multiple people have been injured, and we can confirm that one of the victims, Michael L/N, has been killed. The New York Bulletin journalist and known father of Spider-Man, was fifty-one."

The teenagers shot a glance at each other then looked at Peter. The boy kept staring at the television for a moment, then looked down at his phone. The tossed it on the table and sat down, burying his face into his palms.

Gwen sat in the seat beside her boyfriend and hugged him, offering any sort of solace she could. The boy had lost Ben years ago and now lost Tony and Michael in the span of 12 months. And he felt for Y/N, who now lost both his parents.

MJ sighed and turned to the Macchina di Kadavus on the table. She stared at it for a moment.

"I'm gonna press it." She said.

Ned looked at MJ

Ned looked at MJ. "What? No, he–"

"Do it." Peter agreed, his voice breaking a bit. "I know he said he'd call...but just do it."

"I just–" Ned flailed his hands around. "I just wish we could see him."

Suddenly, a few sparks appeared in the middle of the dining room before disappearing. They looked back in confusion.

"What the hell was that?" Gwen asked.

"Ned?" MJ spoke.

"Yeah?"

"Do that again."

He flailed his hands a bit more. "I just wish we could see him."

More sparks appeared and a portal formed, but it quickly closed. Ned understood that the sling ring he was currently wearing worked.

"Okay...okay." Ned got up and did the motions he remembered Doctor Strange doing. "I just wish we could see Y/N."

Finally, a portal fully opened. The rest of the teenagers got up from their seats and looked on in awe. Ned's grandma, who came into the room, gasped and spoke to her grandson.

"Lola, you're right. I am magic." He replied.

"Holy shit..." Peter breathed out and looked at his friend. "You're a wizard."

"This is the craziest thing ever." Ned said as he looked at his hands.

MJ was focused on the portal, looking into it and seeing a figure within the alley it opened to.
