-SNEHA POV-
I have a what?
A date with Kim Taehyung?
What in the world?
Aghhh, I am still in bed. It is already 3pm.
What should I wear? Is this happening for real?
"Owwwwwwwww"
It is real, I pinched myself way too hard.
Let's just keep it casual, it is a movie and arcade date!
I want to just get to know him, yeah. Let's keep it simple.
I wore an oversized tshirt with baggy pants. Yeah, it is a movie date. Who even dresses for theatre!?

It is almost 4, *Bell rings*
He is here!
I open the door and see a man dressed in shirt and trousers!? While I look like a boy, agh what?
I instantly closed the door on his face!!
Why would you do that, anyways I rushed and wore a dress. Yes, this is a comfortable and pretty dress.
I rushed to open the door again, I wonder if he is still there.
"Hi there!" he smiled brightly.
"You were waiting?"
"Yes, why did you change?"
I looked at him, "Because you look way too handsome and I looked like a boy."
He laughed, "You didn't. Maybe, a cute boy."
I am here trying to hide my embarrassment.
"But you look breathtaking nevertheless."
I...this guy...I hope I am not blushing.
"Here, roses for you."
He got me my favourite flowers! Dark red roses!
"Thank you!" I smiled my widest.
As we left, I could feel it, everything about this date was starting to look beautiful.

-At the end of the movie-
The movie he selected was really good, we just somehow click.
"You okay?"
I asked as I looked at him, trying to stop crying.
He smiled, "It was just sad."
I smiled, "I know." as I rubbed his hand a little.
He looked at the hand and then at me. Before he could say something, I stopped rubbing his hand and removed it. He suddenly grabbed my hand and intertwined it with his.
"You cannot take it back. The movie is over, let's leave?"
I couldn't help but chuckle. "Sure, darling."
His eyes grew big and he is a little red. Maybe it is shock or embarrassment, nevertheless he looks ethereal.
"You are playing along, I like it." He said
"I am, chalien?"
"Yes chalo." He added, his pronunciation is cute.
I blurted, "Cute"
He smiled and said, "So are you!"
And just like that, we are here at the arcade.
I dragged him to the claw machine. Contrary to my personality, I love fluffy soft toys.
"I want to play this, I want this cute dog."
He said, "Sure thing."
"Next game you decide, Mr." I said as I focused all my attention on the claw machine.
After restlessly loosing, Idk like for 10 times, I am done. On the other hand, he already got a cat, but not the dog.
"Let's just play something else!" I sighed very disappointed in myself.
He swiped the card on more time, "No, I will get that."
And he did, as soon as he said that.
What is this sorcery?
"Here." He smiled.
He got that for me!!
"Thankyouuuuu!! This is so cute!! We have a cat and a dog!" I smiled
He smiled, "More like you and me."
I chuckled because it was kinda true. He being the dog and Me, A cat.
We did bowling, played basketball together and other games. It was so much fun, he is so good at everything. I am kinda impressed.
"How can you be good at everything, I am impressed."
"Impressed enough to date me?" He smirked
"We are literally on our date."
"I know, I just hate that tomorrow we will not be able to meet."
When he puts it like that, I feel somehow sad. I have never felt something so strong for someone I have known this short.
"Me too. Anyways, let's change the topic!"
He looked interested and said, "Shoot."
I smiled, this question had always been on my mind, "How did your last relationship end, like she the one you wrote travel with me for."
He looked at me, kinda surprised, "Yeah"
He added, "We did not end on good terms, it was not exactly cheating but cheating. It became way too painful in the end. It was just me trying to keep us working."
"Sometimes it becomes just way too difficult to even carry on loving them." I added, somewhat relating to what he said.
"Fair share of heartbreaks?"
I smiled, "One was more than enough, Ig."
We kept talking about our pasts for a while, and somehow it wasn't weird. I like that we are like friends and not just dates.

Ultimately as he dropped me home, he kept the cat soft toy with him. I kept the other one, it felt like a real real date, even if we are not in love with each other right now.
We kept texting each other nonstop at night, because of which I didn't sleep at all.
The next morning, I chugged two coffees to awaken myself. I wonder how he is, he doesn't even drink coffee.
"You look dead." Taejoon said as soon as he saw me.
"I am just sleepy."
"I will drive today, you rest for a while."
I smiled, "Thanks! It is such a beautiful day today!"
"It is, but you look like you can kill someone today."
"Why would you say something like that to a person who is just happy."
"Umm, don't smile with that face. It is creepy."
"How mean, anyways I was gonna tell you all about my date. But your attitude says otherwise."
He looked at me, stopping the car midway.
"Are you crazy? Keep driving, TJ!"
Then I briefed him about the things, which were going on with this brother.
This is like best friend's brother trope.
Agh, I cannot wait to hear or talk to him again.

-TAE POV-
I am so happy today, it is a great day!
Jungkook said, "How are you, Mr.Man in love?"
I looked back and chuckled, "I am great, just a little sleepy."
Jimin cut him off, "You haven't slept, have you?"
I laughed, "No, anyways what's up?"
Jimin, "You know, you should play it cool now. Don't rush."
I said, "I am trying, but I just want to love her you know."
Jungkook, "As crazy as it is, you fell in love with her at the Airport back then. And then you meet her, as she is your parent's neighbour. Sounds like a movie plot."
I smirked, "More like fate."
Both of them sighed, "Nevermind."
Jungkook started singing, "Let's put the end in friends"
This guy, I scoffed, "Hahaha very funny."
I couldn't help but think about her all day. We were texting each other, but I want to meet her.
So, I decided to go to her place.

It's already 8, the lights of her place is off. Is she not home yet?
"Umm, Hi!" I heard from behind.
I looked behind, it is her. She walked home?
Agh, she looks so pretty.
"I...I just wanted to say Hi." I said
She smiled, "You came in the opposite direction of your house to say Hi?"
I love you, I know it is too soon. But I can feel it all over my body.
I took the bags from her hand, and asked, "Yes. You wanna sit somewhere?"
She smiled, "Yes please."
"How was your day?"
"Tiring but it's good, now." She smiled softly.
Same.
I don't even know why I am here, I just wanted to see her. I was contemplating I should or I should not.
But she found me, somehow.
"How was yours?"
I looked at her, "Nice."
She smiled and I said, "I have something to confess,
I love you."
She looked at me shocked, ""You—you said you wanted to first see as friends."
"Yes," I replied as I swallowed all the feeling that were trying to come out, "I did. I do. I do want to be your friend. I want to be the friend you fall hopelessly in love with. The one you take into your arms and into your bed and into the private world you keep trapped in your head. I want to be that kind of friend,"
I add, "The one who will memorize the things you say as well as the shape of your lips when you say them. I want to know every curve, every freckle, every shiver of your body." (Part of the book Unravel me)
She kept looking at me in surprise, "Oh, I don't know what to say."

-SNEHA POV-
"You can take your time, I will wait." He smiled the warmest smiles I have ever seen.
For some reason his words sent a fresh ache through my chest, "Why?"
I just never thought someone would love me, let alone wait for me. I couldn't fathom why they would.
He smiled, "Because you are it for me. Whether today, tomorrow, a year or decades, that will never change."

I smiled, "You know your smile is the warmest."
He smiled again, yet again warm.
So warm, that I can feel the snow coldness of my heart melting. Maybe..
I got up and said, "Next date this weekend, I am choosing the place."
Okay, baby steps.
"Cannot wait." He said smiling softly
"Goodnight then!" I said while blushing a little, his smile makes me feel things
"Goodnight, darling."
He said darling? To me?
I replied baffled, "Sure."
and rushed to my place.
Ah, It is indeed a goodnight.

The next two dates happened on the course of three weeks. We went to do pottery (my idea) and went on a small trip to the beach (his idea). Every single moment that fleets by make me want to want to love him more.
I have known him for a month, and he has become someone very important to me!
