"Time to wake up dearie. Your parents won't be happy if you sleep in this late. I suggest you get change quickly, they've already brought your suitor this morning for you to meet him."

"Are you kidding me," Elise groans tiredly.

"You already missed diner last night, don't want to get you kicked out again now do we?"

Elise shook her head, eyes still closed and not ready to open anytime soon.

"Elise!" Kristy shakes her awake.

"Okay, okay." Elise kicked off the covers and with still closed eyes picked an outfit from her now put away selection of clothes. She changed as quickly as her tired body would allow and finally opened her eyes looked in the mirror, she didn't look to hot. Her hair was frizy and sticking up in weird ways, her outfit was simply made up of black leggings and a beige sweater that reminded her of the tall man from the elevators beige coat. She put her hair up in a loose messy bun, and put some light mascara on, totally forgetting that she was going to see her suitor.

"Elise! Dear! Come meet the suitor," Madelena calls and Elise comes right away, still half asleep.

"Madelena why couldn't you choose a later time where I could actually-" But she stopped, her eyes caught the sudden guest appearance in the room and froze, suddenly feeling very self-consious, and embarrassed of her appearance.

"What on Earth are you wearing?" Madelena bursted out.

"I-didn't expect this, I was expecting a simple breakfast with a..." She let her sentence hang in the air, her eyes were glued to the tall man in front of her.

"Charles we are very sorry, she hasn't been home in months, she is improper as you can tell, if you would like to decline-"

"No," all heads turn his way. "I would very much like to get to know Ms. Pierce." her given last name felt amazing to hear, let alone in his smooth voice. Charles approached Elise his arm held out for her, and she didn't hesitate to take it and let him lead her away.

He walked her out to the balcony where the pretties of flowers bloomed, even they are prettier than me right now, thought Elise, still feeling uncomfortable in front of Charles greatness.

"So, Ms. Pierce, tell me about yourself," He said with a smirk, as she unhookes her arm from his and sat across from him. "Tea?" He poores the tea pot.

"Please," She said politely. "Well, I assume you know lots about me already." her original way of talking felt sour on her tongue, her parents wanted her to talk this way, but she didn't like it.

Charles flashed a smile to the tea. "Oh, I do."

"Well, tell me, what do you know?" She raised a brow, and accepted the cup of tea he handed to her, and brang the tea cup to her lips and took a sip. "Wow, Charles this tea is fantastic, who did you know I liked it this way?" She smiled brightly, and took a longer sip.

"I guessed, to be honest I just hoped you liked it the way I did, you see, that's how I like my tea as well," He looked down shyly, and Elise admired him even more, and smiled kinder.

"You guessed right then. So, what do you know about me Mister Charles?"

"Oh, no, please call me Charlie, I am no proper gentlemen, and your no proper lady." He eyed her.

"Oh no, that is sure." Elise looked down at her clothes and sighed.

"What is it?" Charlie notices.

"I am confused about something," she said plainly. "I am confused on why you would want to get to know me if I looked like this, compared," she hesitated, "well, compared to you." She met his eyes.

"I would like to get to get to know you and more, because you look the way you do." He took in her appearance, and his smile disappeared. "Your marvelous," He connects with her eyes again.

Elise is taken back, and blushes and bright pink. "You really know how to get a girl's heart," she laughed.

"I was worried." he laughed and they both sipped there tea.
