Overprotective-Part 1 {Bakugo x fem! reader }

Hello! In this oneshot, you become Bakugo's loved one. Todoroki is your older brother, and is very overprotective. It's sorta one of my hc's almost that if he had a younger sibling that he would be very overprotective 🙃 So seeing as how when you two start dating,he's a little hesitant to leave you alone. So Bakugo is gonna have to earn Todoroki's trust. Anyways,hope you enjoy this part (as trashy as it is lol 😅) The time around this part is based is when y'all live in the UA dorms! And uhm...a little bit of angst...? 😶

*3rd PERSON POV*

"I think we've sparred enough and had plenty of time to get to know each other more...and as much as this sorta kills me to say,I've found myself worrying about you more,and wanting to spend time with you. Cuz apparently meeting up weekly for sparring and seeing each other every day at school isn't enough..."he said that last part in almost a whisper." So,
Y/N Todoroki, date me!"
During your weekly sparring with Bakugo,you found him staring at you intensely (While blushing slightly?!),holding flowers,and asking you to be his lover?! Blushing at him, you replied," Of course Bakugo!" Took you long enough to ask... You thought.
"And uhm...call me Katsuki..."
"Oh my! The great Bakugo Katsuki! Blushing and now MY Bf??? I'm so lucky!" You laughed a little.
"You better be glad I chose you, idiot..." He then held your hands and stared at you a little longer.

"Alright! Alright! That's enough touching each other!" Suddenly, interrupting your moment,a thin wall of ice came in between you and Bakugo. The wall was thin enough so you could see Bakugo through it. You looked up at the source of the wall to see no other than your older brother, Shoto Todoroki. "I go to take a quick water after sparring,and I come back to you two holding hands?!"
Right...I forgot Shoto joined us today...you thought.
"Oh shut the heck up Icy hot! It's none of your business anyways!"
"None of my business?! That's MY younger sister! Thank you very much!"
Katsuki made a tch sound at Shoto.
"Alright Shoto and Katsuki. That's enough."
"Katsuki?! First name basis now?! That's it,you're grounded from sparring with Bakugo now!"
"Excuse me?! Since when did you become my father?!" You yelled back at Shoto. Shooting some ice at him and freezing Shoto, you grabbed Katsuki's hand and pulled him.
"Oi! Where are we going Y/N?!"
"Away from my brother."
Todoroki just stood frozen in shock. (Is that supposed to be a pun??? 😅😂)

*In the dorms*

"Hey are you hungry?" Katsuki asked you.
"Hmm...a little,why?"
"Let's go out. It'll only take a little bit of time for your half-and-half brother to figure out where we're at. Besides, it can give us more time to spend with each other."
"A!right! Sounds good!" You smiled at Katsuki and then kissed his cheek while walking out of the dorms.

*At the cafe*

"Good choice! This place is one of my favs!" You exclaimed happily.
"Eh,it's pretty good...I used to come here when I didn't want to go home. They have some killer spicy ramen!" Katsuki said while pulling out a chair for you to sit in.
"My! Such a gentleman! Who knew Katsuki Bakugo had such manners!" You said while sitting down.
"Oh shut up..."
The waiter came over as the both of you sat down.
"Hello! How's your day going? What would you like to order today?"
"I'll order your spicy ramen and she'll take a cold soba."
"Alright! I'll be out with the order in a few!"
Once the waiter left,you asked," How'd y'know that's what I wanted?"
"What? Did you want something else?"
"I mean,I just didn't tell you what I wanted and yet,you got exactly what I wanted!"
"Just had a feeling I guess." He gave you a half smile, half smirk kinda look. "I'm pretty awesome aren't I?"
You playfully punched his arm. "Oh shut up you weirdo!"
Just then,the waiter came and gave you your guys' food. "Alright,we got a spicy ramen for you, andddddd..." he said dragging out the D's and the end of his sentence. "...some cold soba,made specially for a pretty lady."
"O-Oh! Thank you!" You said,trying to ignore Bakugo's glare at the man. As he walked away, "Katsu,why were you glaring at me?"
"One, When he called you pretty,you didn't tell him you were taken by ME. Two, did you just call me 'Katsu'?"
"One, are you jealous~? And what,he can't call me pretty? Am I not pretty? And two, yes I did. You don't like it?"
"I'm not jealous! And you are pretty...and I'm fine with the nickname."
"Good! Now, eat your ramen before it gets cold."

After eating, the waiter came by and brought the check.
"Alright you're done? Ok,here's the check. And luckily, we have a special on cold soba for cuties like you!" He winked at you and handed the check to you; and on the check,he wrote his phone number. Before the waiter could hand you the check,Bakugo grabbed it from you.
"Ah well,it wouldn't be very gentleman-like if I let you pay the check,right,Y/N?" Giving you a smirk, he paid and handed the check back to the waiter.
"Ugh. Just know miss,if you ever need someone new, you've got me! And you know where to find me too." He winked at you and went to leave,if it wasn't for your loving, overprotective, spiky-haired boyfriend.
"WHAT THE HECK DID YOU SAY?! I'LL BLAST YOU TO BITS!" His hands started sparking as he grabbed the man by his collar.
"BAKUGO KATSUKI! STOP IT RIGHT THIS INSTANT!" you grabbed his by the arm and tried to pull Bakugo away from the waitress. When he saw how worried you looked, he instantly stopped and went to walk away with you,hand in hand.
"Wow. Thanks sweetie for saving me! How about we go on a date to-"
"No thank you." You turned and glared at the waiter. "And also,I'm taken." You continued walking out along with Bakugo, who was surprised at your sudden mood swing.
"Y/N... I'm sorry..."
...
"Y/N. I said I'm sorry."
...
"Y/N!"
"WHAT?! You don't need to yell at me! I hear you! I just...what if you had gone to far and actually hurt the waiter? What if back there,everything ended up going wrong?!" You stopped walking and Bakugo just stared at you with a blank face.
"Look. I was just trying to protect you,ok?! That guy was being a freaking creep! And you weren't telling him off,so I did!"
"You can't use your quirk again people like that tho, Bakugo!"
...
"Look,I love you! But maybe, we're not ready for dating yet..."
"You're joking...right...? Please tell me you're joking...!"
You said nothing,as you started to walk away.
"Y/N PLEASE! I'M SORRY! I'LL TRY AND CONTROL MY TEMPER MORE!"
"I'll see you at school next week,alright?"
