MK put on a white shirt and his signature jacket on top. He looked in the mirror and saw how he wasn't able to see his face, he felt relived at the fact he wasn't able to see his face. But burned at the fact he didn't remember how he actually looked like anymore.
MK ignored that and shoved it aside for later.
He smiled and opened his door, leaving the apartment and heading down to Pigsy's noodles.
"Hey kid your up early!" Tang smiled as he had a cup of tea in his hand, sipping from it as steam poured out.
"Want something to eat kid?" Pigsy said as he threw a juice box to MK, who caught it in time. "Thanks!" MK opened it and quickly drank it. He took the seat beside Tang and gave a fist bump to the scholar. "Kid I got some early orders, you can start whenever you want." MK nodded and he finished his juice, throwing it to the trash he grabbed the 'To Go' bag and put five orders inside.
"I'll be back in an hour! Bye Tang bye Pigsy!"
"Bye kid!" Both Pigsy and Tang yelled out. Watching as MK left from the back door.
"You think the kids doing good?..He seems more. Distant."
Tang looked at Pigsy and saw the worried face he had, "I can agree he seems distant. But if there's something he needs to tells us. He'll tell us..give it time." Pigsy nodded and smiled at Tang, he smiled back. Happy to see that Pigsy hinself gave him a smile, rare..
The day moved on.
MK delivered the food throughout the day.
Like usual.
Once it was thirty minutes before closing time, MK saw that there was no more orders in the 'To Go' spot. Seeing that he was done with work for the day, MK went over to the stools and sat on one of them. Tang had left and will be coming back till later. MK would leave soon to hang out with Mei at the no gravity arcade.
It was all setting down nicely today.
"You're back early again kid, something up?" Pigsy walked in drying a bowl he had in his hands with a cloth. MK looked at Pigsy, "Nope nothing, when did Tang say he was coming back again?" Pigsy placed the bowl down and tried to recall the conversation. "In about an hour or so, said he wanted some noodles again." Pigsy rolled his eyes and MK let pit a laugh. "He's going to end up eating the bowl one day," Pigsy and MK laughed together at this and they talked for awhile. Before MK decided to go the restroom.
MK walked into the restroom ignoring the mirror and looking the other way, he had a tendency to look at them on accident. After an incident he had promised hinself never to look inside a mirror again...afraid of the horrible monster he'll come upon. MK didn't need to go to the restroom but needed to do something else. MK took off his jacket and placed it beside the sink, he looked down and saw the once white bandeges now seeped with the red crimson blood.
He sighed and unwrapped the bandeges, the blood was dried but it looked new. MK did feel liquid running down his arm while delivering the food during the day, must've opened some wounds on accident. MK opened the cabinet under the sink and searched for the bandeges. He found then and saw that there wasn't much left.
Using the one that were left, MK cleaned up the dried blood and saw how small drips of fresh blood seeped out. He cleaned it up and quickly put the bandeges on, knowing that the blood wouldn't stop.
MK looked down to his other arm and saw that he wouldn't have enough bandeges for that one. So he had to leave it unattended for now.
Not until tomorrow will he be able to grab more from a nearby pharmacy.
