Setsuna's POV
Where was I, Ohh I remember I was falling into a dark abyss then I landed on a hard ground.
"Welcome back my daughter-in-law " Lady Mother said
"Yes, I'm glad to be back. I thought I was gonna die out there "
"Setsuna-sama!! " Jaken-san wailed and he hugs my legs
"Jaken-san, how are you? " then I patted his head
"I'm fine thank you " he said
I still alive yey (^__^)
Well because it is part of Sesshomaru's training and so Lady mother told me to jump the cliff, and she'll open a path for me. That's why I'm still alive.
"Come, sit" Lady mother patted a sit beside her and I obliged
Out of nowhere she holds a brush and she brushes my hair.
"Little demon " she said towards Jaken-san
"Huh? Me? My name is Jaken" Jaken-san said
"What is Sesshomaru's relationship with that human girl? "
"Well, Rin is far treated than I, despite my long years of service" he said
True that stubborn Inu doesn't know how to appreciate his servants. I'll...
"Setsuna-chan come here and let's dress you up" Lady mother said with enthusiasm
"No, it's okay Lady Mother "
"Don't be shy my daughter-in-law just this once please, I always wanted to have a daughter you know."
I have no choice so...
"Okay"
I'll teach him a lesson later
Sesshomaru's POV
I purified the corpses in the Underworld
I saved Rin but she won't wake up
But most importantly I didn't save her...
"Meido Zangetsuha"
I opened the path to return to the real world
"Sesshomaru-sama" Jaken said
"You've returned" My mother said
I layed Rin on my mother's throne
"What's wrong Sesshomaru you looked dejected?" she said
"Tenseiga has grown as you wish and your path has expanded, shouldn't you rejoice? "
"Did you know that this will happen to Rin?"
"You've already used tenseiga to revived the girl before, have you not? Tenseiga can only call a person back from the dead once"
I was startled on what she said.
"That's only natural, a life is supposed to limited. It is trifle for you to save multiple times. Sesshomaru did you think yourself to be a God?"
Setsuna's POV
Lady Mother was talking to someone, I peeked outside and saw Sesshomaru with mixed emotions.
"You need not fear death with tenseiga is in your hands, you needed to learn the desire to save the life of a loved one and the sorrow ans fear and which accompany of loss"
I looked at Lady mother then to Sesshomaru, what is she planning to do? Would I reveal myself maybe later. I want to make fun of him
"Your father said, tenseiga is a sword of healing. You may wield it as a weapon but you must value life. That is the requirement he who would wield tenseiga a sword who can save hundreds of lives while sending its enemies to the path of the Underworld"
I looked at Sesshomaru intently what will he do if Rin can't be revived?
Will he cry? Or not.
"Little demon are you crying?"
"It's Jaken"
"Lord Sesshomaru by nature will never shed tears, so I must cry in his stead"
"Oh, are you sad Sesshomaru? " Lady mother said
Is he? *sighs * that stubborn knucklehead Inu doesn't know how to appreciate or express compassion.
"Don't expect another chance"
Lady mother removed her necklace and placed it on Rin. Then there's a bright light from the stone then Rin woke up.
"Excuse me,Lady mother. Allow me to thank you on Lord Sesshomaru's behalf." Jaken-san bowed
"Is Sesshomaru happy? " Lady mother said
"Yes, he is I presumed "
"All this little fuss because of a little human girl, he's inherited one of his father's odd traits"
"Ohh you don't know Lady Mother, actually most of all of his traits are from his father" I said
Sesshomaru immediately went near me and looked at me from head to toe. I forgot Lady Mother dressed me like her with that fluffy thing on the haori.
I pinched both of his cheeks
"You know I want to kick you right now, because you don't know how to..."
He wrapped his arm around my waist and pulled me into a hug, he nuzzled his face on my neck and I wrapped my arms around his neck
"Are you happy now my son?" Lady mother said and she has an evil grin on her face
He looked at me with softness on his eyes and then he kissed my forehead and then he grinned.
My face immediately turned into a tomato then my tails tried to grabbed him but he dodged it.
*~after an hour of chasing around Lady Mother's palace*~
"It is beautiful is it not" I looked at Lady mother on my side suddenly. I looked at what she's pointing at and it was my tails.
"They say when a Nine tailed Kitsune fells in love his/her tails where as white as snow or as white as the moonlight. And I know that my son also feels the same"
My face feels hot again. I think I am inlove with that stubborn Inu.
Time flies so quickly and we are leaving Lady mother. Jaken-san bows multiple times at Lady mother and she hugged me tightly.
"Please take care of my stubborn son" she said
"I will, and thank you for this kimono"
"You're welcome my daughter-in-law, I know I'll see you more my dearest daughter-in-law"
I smiled at her and immediately took place near the stubborn Inu.
"You know it's alright to show emotions, that won't make you weak." I said and smiled at him
He didn't looked at me just straight ahead but I know he heard what I said.
Because he intertwined his hand with mine.
