A Kiss For Promises

Seconds ticked by like hours, the syrupy sweet smell of heat filling the air and leaving the freckled male absolutely breathless. Katsuki was bundled tightly inside a thick nesting blanket, nestled in the Alpha's arms as they sat together silently. Though no words were exchanged, they each could feel each other's frustration. Of course they could, who wouldn't be able to? The unexpressed tension wrapped tightly around their motionless bodies, each of their faces distraught. Katsuki whimpered quietly as he buried his face deeper into the freckled male's gray sweatshirt, wrapping his dainty fingers around the scented fabric and shoving his nose against it desperately. Izuku shakily exhaled at the noise, hugging the boy in his arms a bit tighter before forcing himself to look away. This was too much. This was a bad idea. Izuku knew he should put some distance between them, his rational mind was quickly slipping the longer he embraced the older Omega. Yet he couldn't seem to find the willpower to move. Katsuki needed him. Izuku couldn't possibly allow himself to let the boy suffer. Katsuki wanted his support, and he'd be damned if he didn't give the Omega exactly that.

"Izuku," the blond croaked breathily, reaching up to trail his dainty fingers along the Alpha's jawline. Izuku couldn't help but shiver under the boy's soft touches, wetting his dry lips before locking his eyes onto Katsuki's. "It... Hurts..." The freckled male sighed as he gently cupped the Omega's sharp face, a reassuring smile pulling at his lips.

"I know, Kacchan... I'm here for you." He cooed, tilting his head just enough to kiss the fingers lingering on his cheek — A bad idea in retrospect. Katsuki let out a needy whine before hurriedly jumping at the younger Alpha, wrapping his arms around Izuku's neck with a pitiful cry. "W-Woah, Kacchan!" The male gasped, multiple scenarios filling his head as panic flashed through him. This was the last thing he wanted! He was expecting the Omega to do something inappropriate, yet all that came was a happy churr when the Omega was finally able to scent him. "You know you're not supposed to do that..." The male grumbled softly, though made no move to get the blond off of him. It was clearly helping.

"Mm... I know, but you didn't smell right." Katsuki huffed halfheartedly, curling into the Alpha's chest as he played mindlessly with Izuku's green curls. "S'not as bad as I thought it'd be..." The Omega whispered into the silence, ruby eyes fluttering shut once Izuku placed a large hand at his lower back. "Keep touching me... It helps."

"I can do that," Izuku smiled, running his fingers through the boy's messy spikes and gently massaging his scalp. The resounding purr that vibrated from Katsuki's chest was enough incentive for the Alpha to continue, wrapping his opposite arm completely around the blond's slim waist to shift them into a more comfortable position. "Do you need anything?" Izuku asked quietly, gazing at the smaller male in awe. Maybe this wasn't as bad of an idea as Izuku originally thought. "Food? Water?" The Alpha watched the boy's vermilion eyes slowly creak open to look back at him, a deep purr still rumbling through his smaller frame.

"No," Katsuki paused, letting his tongue swipe over his dry lips as he stared into the male's green eyes. "But... Can you... Uhm..." The boy chewed nervously at the inside of his cheek, his face filling with color.

"What is it, Kacchan?" The Alpha said gently, letting the hand buried in the Omega's hair slip down to carefully cup his jaw. "What do you want?"

"Shit..." The blond cursed, looking away from Izuku's prying eyes. "Fuck, alright. Can you... kiss me?" The boy finally managed to choke out, red eyes squeezed shut with embarrassment.

"Oh." Izuku blinked in surprise, listening to the Omega's breath as it hitched. The pink on his pale cheeks was absolutely adorable.
