Izuku watched from the hall as Katsuki curled his knees up to his chest, eyes focused on the book in his lap while his eyebrows scrunched slightly, a soft smile tugging at the freckled male's lips the longer he stared. The sight made the Alpha want to coo, grinning brightly and stretching his arms above his head, stalking forward and plopping down directly beside the Omega, chuckling at how the blond looked up swiftly in surprise. He was quick to drape an arm around his shoulders, tugging the boy a bit closer to his body before settling his gaze on the television. Katsuki purred softly in greeting, returning his attention back to he book and subconsciously leaning into the Alpha's embrace, head resting on Izuku's chest. "Awe, c'mon! How come you aren't ever that close with us?" The two startled as Kaminari and Mina walked into the room, Izuku chuckling softly at how Katsuki rolled his eyes. "I'm offended, Kat!" The beta male sighed, feigning a hurt look and falling back against Mina.

"Fuck off, extras!" Katsuki huffed, lifting his hand away from his book to allow a few explosions crackle from his palm. "Can't you see I'm busy?" The two betas laughed, holding their hands up in surrender before continuing towards the kitchen. The Omega pouted, resting his cheek on Izuku's shoulders while forcing himself to return his eyes to his book with a soft grumble.

"What's got you so intrigued, anyways?" Izuku asked softly, craning his neck to look at what the Omega was reading. Katsuki quickly pulled it away, his bottom lips puffed out and his cheeks pink.

"S'nothing, nerd..." He muttered, scooting over and hiding the book with his oversized sweater whilst his eyes danced across the common room to avoid meeting the Alpha's gaze. Izuku smirked, pulling him back to his chest and stealing the book from the Omega's hands with a victorious grin. "No! Give it back, Deku!!" He whined, the green haired male holding it out of his reach as Katsuki began reaching for it. The blond pouted, practically climbing into his lap in an attempt to grab his book back. Izuku used his hand to keep him far enough away, letting his eyes scan over the cover with a soft smirk. "No, don't!" Katsuki huffed, small hands struggling against Izuku's before snatching it out of his hold.

"Kacchan, I wanna see!" The Alpha pouted, Katsuki shaking his head with his cheeks now a bright red. "So mean..." He sighed, opting for opening his arms and letting Katsuki once again take his spot against him. Once they were both situated, Izuku nuzzled his cheek against the blond's, crooning softly before turning his face slightly. His lips grazed the boy's ear, the Omega tensing momentarily before relaxing further into his friend's embrace, the Alpha happily moving to press a kiss to the glands right behind the boy's ear. It wasn't too intimate, many pack members preferred the small gland for scenting the smaller members of the pack, but it still drew a soft coo from the blond's mouth nonetheless. Izuku smiled softly, nosing at the area before returning his attention back to the show playing on the tv.

Katsuki's heart was racing, his hands fumbling slightly with his book. He was glad Izuku hadn't read the title, he wasn't sure what the Alpha would do if he had found out. Courting for Omegas was a huge deal, after all.
