I was going to confess my feelings to Vera. I mean she's so cool. Dare I say cooler than Ered. But right now I am getting a pep talk by my best friend Preston.

After a while I was finally hyped up enough to talk to her.

"I can do this, right? I mean, she's cute, I'm cute, so there's really no reason for me to start stuttering or straight up stop functioning when she's talking to me!" I say excitedly.

"GIRL I BELIEVE IN YOU!" Preston yelled as I walk over to Vera.

"Hi Vera!"

She turned to me with a bright smile that made my cheeks warm and my heart raced.

"Hi (Y/N)! How are you?"

I slowly turn towards Preston's direction and mouthed the word 'Help' with my red face.

He immediately ran over towards us.

"(Y/N) YOU ARE JUST THE PERSON I NEED TO PRACTICE YOU WILL BE FOUND! COME WITH ME TO CHECK IF I'M ON PITCH!" He said as he grabbed my wrist and took me away.

I know I would have to listen to more Preston romance advice, but on the bright side...
