Chapter 4

Wonwoo's favorite part of every single day, is the morning. The way he wakes up on his bed with sunlight pouring outside from his window giving him that warm sunny feeling that he loves so much. The soft feeling of the bed and pillows under his body making him feel like he's sleeping on a cloud. And the smoothness of the blanket that surrounds his body every time he sleeps giving him that feeling of secureness as it wraps his body. But most importantly, he loves how every single morning of every single day, beside him on their bed, in their room, inside their home, the first thing that he sees is the love of his life.

Wonwoo loves how every time he wakes up, he's greeted by the calm and peaceful image of his Jun still sleeping. Jun always look so free of worry during his sleep that Wonwoo can't help but stare at him making himself fall even more for Jun every morning. Wonwoo often reaches out to touch and caress Jun's face while he's still sleeping. The way Jun looks just warms Wonwoo's heart so much that he can't help himself. And most of the time Jun would wake up because of Wonwoo's action. But Wonwoo just smiles at this. Because the moment Jun wakes up in the morning is the start of the other reason why Wonwoo loves the morning so much.

The moment Jun opens his eyes, he would pull Wonwoo close towards his arms, and he would start giving Wonwoo his daily dose of morning kisses. Jun would start with Wonwoo's cheeks, his eyes, his nose, until eventually, Jun kisses his lips. Until the moment that they separate to say: Good morning.

So really there's no questioning just how much Wonwoo loves every single morning that he has. Especially with a lover you can wake up to.

Speaking of lovers, Wonwoo reached out to pull Jun close to him. Normally he'd just stare at Jun and wait until Jun wakes up from his sleep so that he'd pull Wonwoo close. But for some reason, Wonwoo feels a strong headache in his head that he doesn't feel like opening his eyes just yet. He's not even sure if he can.

What did I do last night?

He currently had no recollection as to what he did the night before, so he just reached out wanting to hug his boyfriend. But he's not there.

That's odd. Jun barely wakes up before me.

It seems that Jun has already started his day. So Wonwoo just reached out for Jun's pillow to hug it, wanting to still smell his scent. But when Wonwoo sniffed the pillow, it didn't have Jun's smell. And that troubled Wonwoo. Jun's cologne is the type that's very long-lasting. Wonwoo has always been able to smell it on their bed. But there's no scent lingering on their bed.

Having no idea why he can't feel his boyfriend on their bed, he decided to continue sleeping. He still doesn't feel well on his head. Maybe that's causing him to confuse things. Wonwoo may be an early bird most of the time, but he'll sleep some more today to help with his painful headache.

After a few more hours of sleeping, Wonwoo's head now feels a bit better. Though his memory is still a bit foggy, he can now tell that he must've been drinking last night. But he can't remember why.

But there is something Wonwoo knows very clearly.

Right now, he is very hungry!

Seriously! Wonwoo feels like he didn't have anything to eat last night. He's starving so bad right now. He wonders how that didn't wake him up already. So through the power of his hunger, Wonwoo opened his eyes to finally start his day.

The moment his eyes landed on the ceiling, he noticed that the color of their ceiling is different than before. Jun and Wonwoo both decided to go with a black and white theme for their apartment. So why on earth is their ceiling colored navy blue? He then looked at his side to see that their wallpaper is different too! Wonwoo and Jun's bedroom only had a plain black color. But this wallpaper is freaking white! He then started to remove his blanket to stand up, but then suddenly noticed that this wasn't their blanket! Because instead of the soft white blanket they normally had, he was currently holding a dark blue blanket! And because he was about to move so he could stand up, he just realized that his back hurt so freaking bad!
