Chapter 7

As we go by our days, we encounter decisions no matter where we go. Even from the moment we wake up, we're already deciding to make a choice of whether we're going to get up to start the day, or if you decided to sleep the day away.

For life to go on, decisions must be made.

That's why for a person to have a good life, one must be good at making decisions. A person should be able to know what decision would be best for the people around them. And most importantly, what decision is the best choice for themselves.

Because decisions are what people face every day. It's only right that one should know how to make themselves choose the best decision. Otherwise, a person's life could become filled with regrets. And no one wants that now do they?

Our Wonwoo takes pride in being someone who is great at making decision. Though he admits that he wasn't that great when he was a child, he can say that his life right now is without regrets because of he's made the right choices up to today.

But now, he is no longer sure. Because the decision he thought that was the best decision he ever made in his entire life, turned out to be a mistake. The decision he thought that was the best for himself, and for his happiness, turned out to be the choice that is right now filling him with so much sadness and regret.

Because Wonwoo decided to give his heart to a man named Jun.

And at first, that man made the decision to accept and love him back. But in the end, he made another choice. Jun chose to break his heart in the end.

Which leads to the one thing that millions of people hate the most. Being left with no choice. Because no matter how good a person is when it comes to making decision, it means nothing at all when you have no choice in the first place.

So no matter how great Wonwoo was at making decisions, he didn't have a say in the matter. He didn't have a choice. Jun gave him no choice at all when he chose to break Wonwoo's heart.

And Wonwoo hopes Jun never regrets that choice.

Because if Jun does regret that decision and he decides to come back with Wonwoo, well, Wonwoo doesn't know what he'll choose.

Will the happy memories that they made convince him enough that he'll decide to get back with Jun? Or will the sadness that he felt make him never ever want to see the man ever again? Wonwoo doesn't know for sure. So maybe, as it turns out, Wonwoo is terrible at making decision.

Because right now, he must be out of his fucking mind to ever decide to meet a random guy that he told himself he was never going to see again. Why on earth did he decided that the best course of action to take was to go to the guy who he had a one-night stand? That night, he told himself that it was going to be just that. A 'One-night stand.'

So why the fuck is he coming back the place he told himself he's not going to come back to?

Maybe because he's bad at making decisions after all. At least he was drunk the first time that it happened. But what excuse does he have this time?

The answer lingers in Wonwoo's head as he stares out at the window in the backseat of the taxi.

It just hurts so bad that I need you to make me forget.

As Wonwoo pays the driver and exits the car, he couldn't help but give himself a smack in the head.

He can't believe that he is now in front of the house he thought he'll never visit again. He didn't even call or text to give the guy a head up, despite having his number!
