Patience is a virtue that not everyone can have. Not everyone is strong enough to be able to restrain themselves. To be able to control the emotions that are being felt. To know that now may not be the best time for something. To know that your time will soon come.

Whether if it's for a decision or a person. To be able to be patient enough to wait and wait and wait for a very long time. Until you can confidently say that now is the best time.

Wonwoo though, has always believed that he was a man capable of being patient. From a young age, his parents have raised him to always take things slow and to never make an impulsive decision. Because to them, rushed decision lacks the proper time and thinking that's needed to achieve the outcome that you truly want.

It was through that ideology that Wonwoo's parents achieved the success that they have now.

In fact, Wonwoo can say that most of the things he'd done that he ended up regretting, were things that were decided purely by impulse and lacked patience. One of that decision was the one-night stand he had with that guy named Mingyu.

He wasn't patient. He didn't think it thoroughly. He was stupid and drunk to have made that choice. Wanting to be able to forget the heartache he was feeling made him become impulsive. Making him greatly regret the night of pleasure he allowed himself to indulge.

So Wonwoo believes that his parent's teaching him about patience and its importance made a big impact on him. Throughout his life, he has applied their teaching on his everyday life. And he's proud to say that because of that, he has achieved a lot of the things in life.

He got good grades for being patient in studying. He passed on his dream school for college because of that too. He got most of the things he wanted by being patient in saving his money. He was patient enough to wait for the good looks he'd always wanted to have. Because believe him when he says that he was not satisfied with how he looked when he was a child.

Though the best thing that Wonwoo ever got out of being patient, was none other than the man named Jun.

The moment Wonwoo's eye landed on Jun, Wonwoo already decided that he was going to make Jun his.

But he wasn't the only one whose eyes were caught by Jun.

There were a lot of people that also wanted to make Jun their boyfriend. And some of them actually did make Jun their boyfriend. A few girls were lucky enough to be able to catch the attention of the handsome man.

But Wonwoo was patient. Wonwoo was more than willing to wait for him.

Even though those people made it much harder for Wonwoo to be with Jun, he still didn't give up. And it was a good thing he didn't. Because in the end, all those girls never lasted with Jun.

Though Jun ended it peacefully with some girls. Some were left crying, heartbroken.

Still, a loss for some is a gain to others.

With Jun's romantic relationships that kept ending, chances for Wonwoo kept appearing. Until finally, Jun became his. Jun became his boyfriend. All because he was patient enough to wait for him.

Even now, when Wonwoo was left crying and heartbroken by Jun, Wonwoo believes he can still be patient. He can be patient to wait for Jun still.

So that was what he was doing right now. He is currently inside his apartment. Sitting on his couch while watching a show on Netflix. All while waiting for Jun to come home. No, that's not true. He was waiting for Jun to come for his things.

He's not waiting for Jun to come here because he suddenly realized that he still had feelings for Wonwoo. Wonwoo may be patient, but he wasn't naive.

He's waiting for Jun to come and take things that Jun own. His clothes. His piano. His pictures.
