The next day, Myra called Diana Sunday afternoon. "Sorry to call late. I got back at 1." "That's fine. Did anything “good” happen?" Myra said they went as friends. They stopped at the mall, carnival, Thai restaurant and got stuck in traffic so they talked stuff besides Myspace. An IM alert flashed that Brian wanted to talk.

“That’s great, Myra. I’m really glad for you. I got to go, Julie’s calling,” Diana lied.

For some reason, Diana didn't like the sound of that.

Brianboy66- ;-)

Diana had to call Myra about the plans. Thank god she was really free all week!

Diana's friends started to become suspicious about Brian, Diana and Myra and so did Tiffany. But no one knew what's up between them. Brian started to talk more about Myra to Diana and by then she knew her plan was almost coming to a successful ending. She would be on the safe side with the popular crowd and Myra and Brian would be happy together, just as she planned.

"Oh my god, Diana! I can't believe it's really happening!" Myra screamed over the phone to her friend.

"Calm down, girl! Now tell me everything, slowly please."

"Brian asked me to the dance!"

"Shut up!" Diana pinched herself in case she was hearing things over the phone call.

 Did he really?”

"He asked me right before I called you!  He wanted to go with me because you told him that I really wanted to go but didn't have a date, and plus he wanted to."

"Yea, he can be really thoughtful like that. But what about Tiffany?"

"Brian said he'll take care of that."

"Good luck with that, and congrats to you, girlfriend!"

The moment Diana hanged up, she couldn’t find any reason not to express her victorious feeling.
