"You see..." I repeated, "I was trying to tell you something, Sir, but you didn't get my note. When I tried to talk to you about it we got interrupted and I couldn't, like, get to the point. You went off, I looked for the letter and I came back to my desk to finish my work."

"If you say you were doing your work then why are you currently out of your desk," he asked and I clumsily made my way over to my desk.

"I was trying to get my note back from Jordan," I answered.

"You and Mr Adair shall meet me after class, then," Mr Deyton answered and then turned around and went back to his desk. I turned around and nudged Asa.

"Asa..."

"Hmm?" she mumbled not taking her eyes away from he work.

"What do you think Deyton is gonna say to Jordan and me?" i asked, leaning in closer to her.

"I don't know..." she answered vaguely.

"How can you not know?" I asked my voice raising a little.

"Why do you assume that I would know?" she asks, finally taking her eyes away from her work.

"You're very opinionated, and some teachers might not like it and when you make a noise," I answered, deadpanned, blinking back at her.

She put her pen down and turned fully to look at me. She just stared at me and squinted her eyes, "I'm loud and I have a big mouth, i know that, my friends and family know that, but there's no need for you to make assumptions and say it to me that way. I actually can keep quiet when need be and not get up and walk around to rummage through trash, unlike you. Never once have i been told to 'meet after class'," she said adding quotation marks, "with a teacher before," She turned forward again and packed up her stuff. i was about to ask her where she was going but she said "don't" and walked over to where Andy was to sit next to him.

I stared at the empty chair, wondering where the conversation went wrong. i was just asking her about what she thought and then she just explodes at me, I looked over my shoulder at Asa, but she had her head down, I caught Andrew's attention and flickered my eyes toward Asa, but he just shrugged.

Oh, well.. I guess I'll just talk to her later...

I'd already finished my work and packed up so I tried to catch Asa's eyes as she packed up but she just refused to look at me, or if she did she found somewhere more interesting to look. I gave up after she thought a small dent in her desk was more interesting than looking at me.

I picked myself up and walked up to Jordan, "Hey, bestie," I said

Jordan looked alarmed for a millisecond and said, "Hey, Hey! You don't say that stuff aloud."

"But I'm, sure I've said that before," I say scrunching up my eyebrows.

"Okay, let me rephrase that. Don't say that in front of Andy and Zach," he says looking around."

"Why? Because Andy has his whole macho thing going on, and Zach is always silent and brooding?" I asked. I personally like the silent and brooding personality trait I gave Zach, because if there's ever anybody who professionally silently broods it's Zach Stark.

"No..." Jordan starts then rolls his eyes and says, "Yes, but don't tell them I-"

I cut him off and say, " You secretly admire them like a little brother wishes to be like his older mach and brooding brother?'

He looks down and gives me a grunt and in Jordan Language, or boy for that matter, that means "Yes, but I don't want to lie or say it out loud so I'll just grunt like a caveman as if I have no vocabulary."

The bell rings and it reminds me of why I came to talk to Jordan in the first place

"Hey, Jordan," I say and he looks back up at me, "I'm sorry if I get you into any trouble with Deyton."

Jordan gives me a smile exposing his right dimple, "Don't worry. If anything you should worry more about Mrs Warrington bombing at us for being late," he says and winks.

We make our way over to Deyton's desk. Deyton stands up and comes around to us, "Mr Smith please refrain from taking other people's belongings,"" he says to Jordan and turns to look at me, "Miss Lancaster please stay behind longer. Mr Smith, please tell your next teacher that she'll be a bit late."

Jordan walks out and as soon as he does Deyton says, "Follow me, " and heads into his secret room

I am about to walk into the lion's den.

Sorry guyz, but at the moment i'm only gonna be able to give you guyz filler chapters unless i manage to get more time.

And... in case you didn't know because I don't think I mentioned it, Mrs Warrington is their Gymnastics teacher/instructor and the lion's den thingy was used more in relation to the fact that some guy jumped into a lion's cage at the zoo here claiming that he was a lion whisperer or something along those lines and his body was found not breathing and he'd lost a considerable amount of weight, the lion (understandably) gained a bit more weight.
