Jade stared at her reflection in the floor to ceiling mirror in their large closet. The dress she wore was the first Diana Blackwood original she had purchased for herself when she hit half a million from her investments. She loved the dress as it spoke to the classic and timeless styling the notorious designer was known for.

"Why is my wife so fucking sexy?" Jason said behind her. She turned and bit her lip immediately. He was so handsome in the suit he wore. It fit him perfectly and showed off his muscular physique. She realized thanks to the google search she ran earlier that her husband was a coveted bachelor in these Texas streets.

He had gained national news for his baseball talent but held their attention thanks to his partying ways, charm and killer looks. It wasn't fun reading about the dozens of women he'd been with since he started playing for the Astros a decade ago.

He wasn't the hot shot rockstar he was now in the beginning but it was obvious once he got someone's attention he held on. Jason was fast tracked to stardom for various reasons but Jade could tell from the pictures and articles that he loved every ounce of it.

"You keep looking at me like that, pretty girl and I'm going to bend you over this chaise lounge and have some fun. Jade rolled her eyes and brushed past him. "Come on, hubby. Your wife is hungry and you don't want to see me hangry!" Jason chuckled at yet another attempt of avoiding a conversation about their sex life or really lack thereof.

Jason wasn't dumb. He knew she was stalling and thanks to Jenna's confession he knew the why behind it. Jason Taylor Tatum was now a reformed slut but he somehow managed to marry one of the few virgins probably left in Houston.

The irony was not lost on him. Her virginity kind of made him feel bad. He felt dirty in comparison to her and wished slightly that she had a husband who had waited for her like she had him.

Then he realized he was an idiot for thinking that and reveled in the fact that no man would ever have his wife. He was aware his thoughts were riddled in double standards, but he didn't care to do anything about it. As they made their way to the garage Jade gasped.

"This is insane!" She said looking at the various cars and SUVs. "Is that a second floor?" Jade yelled in shock as she pointed to the lift leading upwards earning a nod from him. "You can drive any of the cars on the first floor, pretty girl but the second floor cars are strictly off limits."

Jade gave him that pout that he hated because it inevitably meant she was going to ask for something that he knew he'd give her. "Why can't I drive the cars upstairs?"

He sighed as he pulled her into his arms. "They're a little too fast and furious for my liking. I want you safe and these cars down here are sleek, sexy, but most of all, safe...enough."

Jade looked around her and eventually nodded. "I'll allow it. James said I'd be driven with security anyway so I guess it doesn't matter." She shrugged. "That's for work, babe. When you want to go out and about security will follow you, but you can drive." She nodded in understanding before kissing his lips.
