Arabella woke up the next morning, just as pissed off with her brother as she was before, it didn't help that he was standing in her doorway

"Morning, sunshine" he says, a smile bright on his face

Arabella glares at him as he walks over and holds out a cup of coffee, she looks at it then back up at him

"It's a peace offering" he tells her, she doesn't say anything, she just gets up and goes to her wardrobe to pick out her clothes for the day

"Do you not want it?" she doesn't answer "Would you prefer something a little stronger?" he teases, but still doesn't get a response, making him frown

"So you're just gonna give me the silent treatment now?" she walks into her bathroom to get changed and walks back out a few seconds later, then walks over to her desk to sort out her bag

"You're being childish" she still doesn't say anything "Fine, be that way" he walks to stand beside her at her desk "But don't forget who taught you that game, Bird"

They hear someone clear their throat and look over to see their other sibling standing in the doorway "What's going on here?"

"I'm just getting ready" Arabella tells him, not even acknowledge her eldest brother standing beside her

"Did he try to give you coffee as a peace offer too?" Stefan questions, motioning to Damon

Arabella furrows her brows together "I don't know what your talking about"

Damon scoffs "Real mature, Bels"

"I'll be waiting in the car" Arabella tells her twin as she walks out of the room

"So she's giving you the silent treatment" Stefan susses out

"Yeah but you know her" Damon starts "She only ever lasts a week"

"Yeah, but that was 145 years ago, and back then the worst we ever did was scare away her dates" Stefan tries to get him to understand how much he's hurt their little sister "You killed on of her best friends, it's gonna take longer than a week"

Stefan walks out and Damon in left standing in the middle of his sisters room, wishing that she would at least talk to her

As Arabella was walking to her locker, Caroline came up to her "Hey, Care. What's up?"

"Why are boys so confusing?" She complains

"What happened?" Arabella asked as she grabbed some books out of her locker

"Matt" she says as if it would explain everything

"Care to elaborate?" Arabella asks her blonde friend

"Last night, he was so sweet and he stayed with me and helped me, now all I get from him is 'Sup'" Caroline explains

Arabella rolls her eyes a little, kinda envious that all her friend had to worry about was boys "Maybe you're reading to much into it Care" she closes her locker as the bell rings "Look, I have to get to history, but we'll talk later, yeah?"

"Yeah" Arabella walks away but turns back around

"Just talk to his Care. Maybe he's just shy?" she suggests

She walks into history and takes her seat near the back beside her brother when the new teacher Mr Saltzmen walks in "Good morning class" another boy, who Arabella had never seen before walks in and gives Mr Saltzman a note "Ah, well class, it looks like we have a new student. Please introduce yourself"
