Apparently after Arabella went to sleep after her little melt down, a werewolf named Jules smashed through the window and bit Rose, which lead to Arabella sitting next to her as Damon goes to get her a blood bag

"I'm sorry, Arabella" Rose apologies "I didn't mean to make your life harder by bring Elijah back"

Arabella grabbed her hand and squeezed "I know, Rose" she nodded "It's okay, it would've happened at some point anyway"

"You don't hate me?"

"Oh, I do" she denied "But I think we can move past it"

Rose chuckled lightly "Not when I only have 24 hours to live"

Arabella scoffed "You're not going to die Rose, alright? Stop being so negative"

Rose only stared at her "You know first hand what a werewolf bit can do"

It was true, back when she still lived in New Orleans the wolves were everywhere, and now night on a full moon, she was unlucky enough to get a nasty bit from one of them. It didn't kill her because of her being an original, but if she wasn't one she would've been 6 feet under a long time ago

"I was born in 1450, that makes me 560 years old" Rose started saying as Damon walked in the room, a class of blood bag in hand

"Well, if you were a bottle of wine..." he joked, then went to get a glass

"So I can die. I've lived long enough"

"Yeah, well you can live another 500 years, cause you're not dying" Arabella told her

As Damon said "You know, if you're gonna be morn, I'm just gonna kill you myself just to put me out of your misery" he gets the glass and pours some blood into it from the blood bag "Come on, it's just a little werewolf bite"

"Just a little fatal to vampires werewolf bite"

"Well, according to legend which is notoriously unreliable source" he walks towards the two sitting on the sofa and hands Rose the glass "Drink up. Blood heals"

She takes the glass and drinks a bit from it "Yeah" she nods "it does feel like it's working"

"Let's have a look, come on. Let me see" he looks at the bite mark and Arabella walks around to the other side of Damon so that she could see, it has gotten much worse and has spread further down her back, making Arabella cringe

"How is it?" Rose asks

"Um... it" Arabella hesitates, not knowing if she should lie or not, Damon noticed the dilemma she was having and interrupted her

"Definitely better" he says

Then Arabella feels a presents behind her, knowing it's Elena she says "Right, Elena?"

Elena stands shocked at Rose's wounds, but as the vampire looks at her she composes herself "Um, it's not bad"

"Where's Stefan?" Damon asked, confused as to why the girl wasn't with her boyfriend

"He left" Elena turned to Arabella "I need you to talk to him. He's convinced that he has to find Isobel but I think that's gonna upset Elijah"

Arabella rolled her eyes "Elijah will be fine, he's just gonna have to deal with it"

"We need him on our side" Elena retaliated

"Yes and as long as I'm here, he will be"

Elena narrowed her eyes at the youngest Salvatore "How can you be so sure?"

"Because I know him, Elena" Arabella softly replied "But Elena, you can do something for me"

"What?"

"You can look after Rose here" she pointed to the sick vampire sitting on the sofa "As you can see she has a nasty looking bite, she could use a little human kindness"
