The next morning, the three Salvatore sibling walk down into the tomb and look at each other

"Let's do it" Damon says, before the three of them grab the stone door "1,2,3" Damon counts before they all pull, opening the door

They successfully remove the stone door from the entrance of the tomb. They place it to the side and approach the entrance. Stefan and Damon lean against the frame of the entrance while Arabella leans against the wall opposite it, waiting for Katherine, who comes round the corner

"Please... come on in" she says "There's pently of room for all of us"

"I'd rather poke my eyes out" Damon replied, Arabella nodded in agreement

"Mmm, they're such pretty eyes"

"We're here for the moonstone" Stefan told her

"Wanna give it to us?" Arabella walked to the entrance of the tomb, standing right in front of the older vampire

"Tell you what, you get your little witch to hocus focus me out of here, you can have whatever you want" Katherine negotiated

Stefan tilted his head "I thought you liked it in here?" he said "Nice and safe where Klaus can't get to you"

Arabella scoffed a laugh "Oh, he would still get you"

Katherine ignored her "I've had time to reconsider"

"Meaning you're hungry" Damon observed

"I'm starving, Damon. And dirty. But above all, I'm bored" Katherine progressively gets closer to the entrance, stumbling and grasping at the wall as she does so "At least running from Klaus wasn't boring- so here's the deal: you get me out of here, you get the moonstone and I'll disappear from Mystic Falls forever"

The siblings look at each other as Katherine starts to walk away "Let me know what you decide"

Stefan, Damon and Arabella stood in the kitchen of the Gilbert residence, telling Elena what her doppelgänger had said "You don't believe her, do you?" Elena asked

"No, of course not" Damon denied "We just want the moonstone"

"According to Rose's friend Slater, there's a way to destroy the spell the Klaus wants to break" Stefan explained to his girlfriend, making Arabella scoff, not that anyone notice anyway

"No spell, no doppelgänger sacrifice. Ergo, you live" Damon added

"How do you destroy it?"

"By releasing it from the moonstone"

Arabella laughed under her breath. It sounded so stupid, how could they believe something like that. She could say something, say that it didn't work, but Elijah was just going to come anyway and there would be no point, so she kept quiet

"How do you guys even know this is gonna work?" Elena questioned

"Cause we have a crafty witch on our side" Damon answered

"You discussed it with Bonnie"

"She agreed to do anything she could to help"

"It's Katherine who has the moonstone" Elena states "She's not gonna give it to you"

"I'll make her" Arabella assured

"We're gonna get to from her" Stefan said, being a bit nicer than his sister

"Well, what he means to say is, we will pry it from her cold, dead hand if we have to" Damon replied

"Bonnie just needs to find a way to release the seal long enough for us to get in, get the moonstone, and get out for her to return it"
