When Arabella was a teenager she always used to sneak into her fathers room and steal his bourbon, drink the whole bottle with a couple of friends, and wake up the next morning sitting over the toilet, so when she became a vampire she was over the moon about the fact that she could no longer get hangovers, or so she thought

Her head was killing her. No, she didn't throw up, that's not even possible, but she swears her head as never felt worse. She didn't think that she could have a headache anymore, that's kinda part of the deal when you turn, but she did. Maybe it was from the vervain, or maybe she drank over the limit, even for a vampire

She heard a knock on the door and moved further under her covers, not wanting to see anyone, talk to anyone, or leave her room, but of course her dearest older brother wouldn't let that happen. He yanked the covers off her and pulled her into a seating position

He held out a cup with a reed liquid inside "Drink"

She immediately grabbed the cup out of his hand and began drinking it as Damon rounded her bed to lay beside her

It was the that she remembered, remembered what she said, remembered what she said to him

Groaning, she flopped back onto her bed, covering her face with her hands. She wanted to die, like actually die, she knows she's gonna have to face him again, and if she remembers, then so does he

Damon looked at her, confusion written all over his face "What did you do?" she muffled something in her hands that Damon couldn't quite hear "What?"

She removed her hands from her face and stare at the celling "I told him I stilled loved him" Damon stayed quiet for a second, not knowing what to say, and eventually burst out laughing, resulting in Arabella slapping him on the arm "It's not funny"

"No" he shook his head, still laughing slightly "It's hilarious" Arabella groaned again, but this time she put a pillow over her face instead of her hands "How much did you drink?"

"Obviously too much"

Damon continued laughing for a minute before grabbing the pillow off her face and pulling her up again "Okay, enough of the pity party" he made her stand up then pushed her towards her wardrobe "Get ready, we're going to the grill"

She rolled her eyes "When are we not at the grill?"

"When we don't have important things to do" he walked towards her door "Get ready, I'll be waiting downstairs"

"Other than your lecture on the history of Mystic Falls, did you get anything out of Elijah?" Damon asked Alaric who was sitting across from him at the table, Andie sitting beside Damon and Arabella beside Alaric

"No, it was boring" he replied "Of course, Jenna thinks he's charming"

Arabella tilted her head at him "Are you jealous?"

"You sounded jealous" Damon backed her up, then turned to Andie "Sound a bit jealous?"

"Kinda do" she agreed

Alaric looked at Andie wearily "Maybe we shouldn't talk about this here"

Arabella rolled her eyes "Don't worry. He has her compelled not to tell his secretes"

Damon nodded with a smile "Yes I have, haven't you?"

"Uh-huh" Damon leaned down and kiss her "Mmm" she hummed after they pulled away "My lips are sealed"

Arabella scrunched up her face in disgust "Can you not do that in front of me? Or ever again"

Damon smirked "You're just mad that I have a better love life than you" he went to carry on but was stopped
