I can't pay attention
Because you know I can't
My heart's pulled in a different direction
When everything becomes to much to remember
Intelligence seems overbearing
And it's heavier than your soul,
The clothes that you're wearing,
Don't call attention to what's inside
Expression yes, but heart in hand
No
When I can't reflect the emptiness
When all you see is a container
But can't figure out
That I really have nothing to hide
Attention
Stand still,
Talk, walk
Breathe
And please don't hesitate
To sympathize with me
It's natural
It's ugly
It's messy
But it's true
How can one find disgust
In the same exact fallacies
You would find in you?
