Sandro's POV
I got a call from mom. Vinny got shot kaya i went straight to airport. My brother need me.
In about an hour or two we arrived in the hospital.
"Vinny? Vinny? Are you ok ?" I said while running to his bed. Parents are here also simon
"Yes kuya im okay don't worry"
"Daplis lang daw son. But he got few stitches padin"
The ambiance in the whole room is really awkward. Oh maybe because of sandra this is the first time they will meet sandra im with her.
"Oh sorry. Since family you're all here i would like you to meet sandra my girlfriend. Babe this is vinny, my mom, pops, simon, zoey - i just froze is this even true? She she's here. I don't know but i just ran to her and hugged her. God i missed this warmth her touch her presence- i was stopped by simons cough. I remember sandra's here.
"Sorry calli. I just missed you."
"Hi sands" that's all she said. Like she didn't missed me at all?
"Oh calli. This is sandra. Babe this is calli my - i don't know what should i say but calli cut me off
"Friend. Im sandro's friend. Nice to meet you" calli said.
"Excuse me lang po i'll just use the restroom"
"Ate calli. Sabay na ko sayo" wait? They know each other?
Calli's POV
We we're stopped ng biglang dumating si sandro. He went straight to vinny but we we're shocked ng may kasunod sya pumasok na babae.
My heart is beating so fast. I can't even breath properly. Sana mali yung nasa isip ko.
I almost broke down when he introduced her girlfriend. Ang sakit all the pain na naramdaman ko from that night mas doble. Mas mabigat. And he saw me. He went to me and hugged me so tight. The hug that i missed, the hug that i've been longing for so long.
He stopped when simon coughed and she introduced her girlfriend to me. He can't even say who am i to him so i just answered.
"Friend. Im sandro's friend. Nice to meet you" and i smile to her.
I excuse my self to use the toilet. And Zoey came with me. The moment i stepped inside the bathroom i can't hold it anymore. I broke down nawalan ako ng lakas napa upo nalang ako ng bigla akong alalayan ni zoey.
"Ate calm down"
"Zoey ang sakit. Sobrang sakit zo" sabi ko habang umiiyak. Nararamdaman ko na yung hirap ng hinga na para kong mawawalan na ng hininga.
"Ate Please calm down. Anjan sila sa labas lahat. Gusto mo ba na mangyari yan? Andito sila malalaman nila lahat" umiling naman ako sa kanya.
"Kalma na ate. Gusto mo na ba umuwi? Pwede ko naman sabihan si kuya si na mauuna na tayo "
"No zoey. Nakakahiya kila tita. And simon's tired na din. I'll ask my driver to pick us up"
"Okay ate. Tara na labas na tayo?" Tumango lang ako at inayos ang sarili ko.
Pag labas naman namin halos lahat sila naka tingin samin.
"Calli. Come with me let's get coffee"
"Oh. Sure si" nagpa aalam na kami sa iba.
We're now in the elevator
"Calli i know you're not ok. Im sorry calli i didn't know na dadating sya and also i didn't know na may girlfriend na sya. Im really sorry calli"
"No don't say sorry si. Ok lang it happened naman na. At least now baka hindi na ko mahirapan kasi wala na kong aasahan right? Bagay naman sila"
"Are you sure calli? You don't need to pretend infront of me"
"Im not pretending si. Im happy for him. I know kaya ko to. Kung hindi man kakayanin ko to"
Niyakap lang naman ako ni simon bilang comfort
We just bought coffee for everyone. And bumalik na din naman kami.
We gave them their coffee but sandra declined it. We just stay there and nag kwentuhan lang. whenever makikita namin na naka tingin samin si sandra nag iiba naman mood ni simon. Na inis talaga siguro sya kasi dinecline yung coffee na inabot nya.
Maya maya lang ay tumawag na si mang jun na nasa baba na sya. Kaya nagpaalam na din kami ni zoey na aalis na kami. Ng tumayo si sandro para magpa alam sakin nakita namin lahat pano hawakan ni sandra kamay nya para pigilan. Kahit muka ni tita liza hindi maipinta sa inis.
Kaya ako na yung lumapit sa kanya para yumakap at nagpa alam.
Niyakap ko lang ito nagpa alam.
"Bye sands. I'll go ahead na na miss kita"
I can see na ngumiti si sandro.
"Me too calli. I'll see you again soon i promise" tumango lang naman ako bilang sagot at umalis na. Hindi ko na din pinansin ang girlfriend ni sandro magsasalita palang kasi sana ako bigla na nya ko inirapan
