Julia felt embarrassed as she headed to her dance class. She was one of the few who sighed up for dance classes with Severus Snape. It was mostly Half-bloods and a few lower purebloods who needed a reminder and some fun probably.
She went down to the lowest lever and into a dark large ballroom type room. There was a music player, old fashioned type one. She was wearing a nice dress and flats and was ready to learn. Though she was feeling nervous.
As she entered she saw Severus Snape in dress robes and looking quite posh. He indicated some seats on the side of the room and she headed over and sat down. A while later when the room is full. Or as full as it was gonna get Professor Snape waves his cloak dramatically as he walks to the centre of the room.
"You are here today because you are unsure how to do to the traditional dances. As Slytherin's it is our duty to know all the important dances. That is why today we have some professionals and some of our older students teaching you the dances. For the next week you will come here every evening to learn the dances. " He starts, drawling as all the students look on interested.
"We will be learning the badger shuffle, minuet, Cha cha, Shining memories, Foxtrot, Flamenco, Tango, Gigue and the waltz. Now please split into pairs and you will be taught separately." Snape finishes as he steps back and people got into pairs. After that several teachers and students that Julia didn't recognise enters and the class starts.
After that Julia headed to the Slytherin dorm room with her legs hurting. She collapses into an arm chair as she enters. "Are you alright?" Draco asks her. She looked up and glares at him, "No my legs are about to fall off." Julia murmurs. Harry sniggers slightly. "So your dance class with professor Snape went well?" Harry asks with a smile. Julia just glares at him.
Julia soon dozes off to sleep in the chair. As the others go to head off they realises she is asleep but they can't go into the girls dorm so they levitate her up the stairs and Daphne nods at them before levitating her into her bed.
The next day Harry and Julia meet the other four champions for planning and Fleur agreed to teach Julia the bubble head charm. A while later they head off to get lunch inside and 'George' pulls Julia aside. "What the?" Julia asks surprised. "Sorry It's George, look I just wanted to ask. Do you want to the yule ball together?" 'George asks her.
Julia looks surprised and embarrassed before looking him over more. Then she sighs. "Fred that's not funny." Julia says as she pushes past him and goes to the Slytherin table to eat. Suddenly looking quite sad surprising her friends.
