Y/N's POV
Being attacked by vampires is one thing... But being surrounded by a group of giant wolfs that look like they wanted to make a meal out of us is another. It's no wonder why the village chief had warned us to turn back.
Sunwoo clings to Yeji to give him more protection from the wolfs as she draws out her A-180 Blaster Pistol and points it at the wolfs which only makes them more aggressive than before. Figuring that weapons will not make things any better, I tell Yeji to stand down and put away the blaster.
"What do you mean? They could pounce at us at any second!" She pointed out but I shook my head in disagreement.
"Wrong. Their only hostile because we're trespassing in their territory and you have your blaster pointed at them." I explained to her and she sighed.
"Fair point." She replied to me before putting her blaster away.
As expected, the wolfs calmed down and they stared at us for a few moments before they move out of the way to make a path. We saw a black wolf that was bigger than the rest of the pack. It must be the alpha.
The black wolf stared down at us, it was at least 13 feet high and I'm only about 5'9 feet. Next, the black wolf howled loudly and in a blink of an eye, she transformed into a beautiful woman wearing a fur coat and a black dress.
Her eyes are yellow and she had a not-so-happy look on her face, the other wolf stood down and awaited the alpha's commands.
"Who are you?" The woman asked me.
"My name is Representative Hwang Y/N, this is my wife Representative Hwang Yeji, and lastly my son Hwang Sunwoo." I introduced ourselves to her and she raised an eyebrow.
"You know, this is no place for a child. He can easily freeze to death out here." She mentioned to me and Sunwoo let go of Yeji before confronting her. Not a wise decision.
"Hey! I'm not just a kid! I know how to fight even though I look small to you!" He argued with her and she giggled.
"My, how cute~. Anyway, follow me to our home! Will talk there." She instructed us and we follow the pack.
Hiking through the thick snow and icicles hanging from the tree branches, we hear the winds howling loud meaning that a blizzard was nearby. The woman tells us to hurry up or else will be caught in the blizzard.
We picked up the pace and thankfully managed to make it to the cave that looked cozy and warm enough to shelter us from the storm. Entering inside, there were many wolves and ladies that are wearing fur coats.
Next, the woman guided us inside one of the rooms that seems to be the throne room. There, were torches surrounding the throne along with two girls holding speers that are made of silver. Looks like their weaponry is outdated too.
As the winds of the blizzard can be heard from outside, she sits on the throne before asking us what is our business with her and the rest of the pack. Here goes nothing...
