In all regards, she did well in remembering. But this weapon was not something she remembered. Purah and Simon know her from before as well. Did Link know her? There was too much swirling in her mind. Link had been quite startled seeing her remember. Has she been a part of his past? He swore he'd seen her before. But before he could try to figure that out, he saw her legs turn to putty, and her consciousness fade. He swooped her up before she went to the ground. Her eyes were shut, but a silent dam broke loose. She's been... crying. It feels so familiar. What is with this familiarity?
He didn't have time to focus on that. He needed to get dinner, and supplies for the road. He knew she'd been looking for him, but didn't understand why she looked before knowing her role. Was it like how he felt seeing Ganon? Just the unspeakable urge to fix the problem? Hours passed quickly. As he continued down his train of thought, she stirred. Lucky him, he grabbed everything he needed a bit before. She was in his care. He had all she needed for the moment, and this pleased him greatly.
Memory Unity: Link's Mysterious Assignment.
Working as a knight was alright and Link rose quickly in the ranks. But as if recent, they assigned him to this... girl. Everything about her felt so strangely familiar. She held an air of uncertainty and reclusiveness, which showed much in her timid mannerisms. Then, not only for him, she was a highly intelligent person. They sat in her quarters. Link sat on the chair adjacent to her bed. Not a word was muttered until she shifted in her bed to face him.
"I am sorry," Her eyes water a tad, almost unnoticed by Link, "I am so so sorry, Link." She seals her lips, not really expecting a reply. Link's attention flits to this girl. He wasn't allowed to know her name, but there was so much that felt familiar, such as the way she spoke his name.If he could hear her speak the rest of the night, he would. Night draws nearer, leaving them both in silence and in the dark. The maid left her food and made herself scarce. The girl's face crinkled. "Why did they lock me away? I..." She began to pensively flip again in her bed for the millionth time in the past hour. Link was not aware of her story, so he remained silent.
When he was on the brink of dozing off, she sat up and geared up. She hopped out her window, and to the training grounds. Link followed. She reached out to the red moon, concentrated on her hand. After a second, she begins to lower her hand- that's when it happened. A sword almost identical to the description of the master sword, but it was different. The colors were golden and royal, the silver blade shined bright purple. This sword seemed to just grow from her palm, heeding to her silent call. It gleamed with pride as she swung it in the air. Link cleared his throat, startling the poor girl. She jumped, but her sword only pulsed with alarm. It was alluring to the Hylian boy.
