Next day Tobio Stayed home to Check his progress..

Step1:

-learn basic Chunin level jutsu (substitution, transformation, shadow clone, camouflage, etc...) - 100% Done;

-Develop own jutsu - 100% Done;

-Learn Chakra control to highest level -76.6% Done;

-learn my own nature transformation to maximum level preferably 2 -80% Done;

-Learn Advanced Sealing jutsu - 100% Done;

-Learn to use Genjutsu, to be able to master yin release I'll need to manipulate chakra ratios as a second nature, Nara clan's hidden jutsu Shadow possession uses Yin release - 90% Done;

-Learn to use and master Yang release only clan that uses it is, Akimichi clan so first I need to learn Akimichi clan's hidden jutsu which will be tricky (yang release has 2 uses, giving life to things and ability to heal) after I learn how to give life to things (expansion jutsu) then I need to learn to use same concept to give life to inanimate objects if it's at all possible. -50% Done;

Step 2:

-be able to use 5 nature transformations to highest degree -54% done;

-get Dojutsu like Byakugan or have ability that can have the same effect -80% done (advanced sensing ability);

-learn or get ability to absorb chakra -0% done;

-became sage -0% done;

-get contract animal that's useful for you -100% Done;

-get Highest Degree of Regeneration - 0% done;

-became biologically immortal. - 0% done;

Tobio: in order to Learn Chakra Control to highest Degree I need to master every part of it..

Delicate Chakra control which is responsible for Yin and yang energy ratio combination as well as Chakra flow inside the Chakra pathway system; -100% Done; (it's needed in medical ninjutsu and Genjutsu)

Shape Manipulation which is responsible for Chakra flow outside of the chakra pathway system, which regulates how concentrated or powerful the jutsu will be. -100% done (highest level is used to perform Rasengan);

Nature transformation which is responsible for adding nature transformation to Chakra in order to create 5 nature based jutsu, and In rare cases Combine 2 or more nature which will need Even Higher level of Nature transformation - 30% done;

-So If I'm able to combine Rasengan with any nature transformation I'll have highest level of that specific Nature transformation, so I'll need to Combine 2 nature transformation that I'm most skilled in, with Rasengan in order to learn them to highest degree..

Tobio: My Yin release is very good, but I Think I'll be able to Combine Shadow Possession with nature transformation after I learn Highest degree of it, That would mean that I'll know yin release to the highest Degree as well...

-however Yang release is bit problematic, with only Baika no jutsu I'm not able to master it to the Highest Degree So I'll need to come up with something original... Wait... Yang release is said to give life to chakra, and It Amplifies Vitality, I'm sure I'll be able to use yang release to Develop My own Medical ninjutsu.

After Tobio Analyzed his situation He came Up with Strategy to Get to His Goals in 1 Step list:

1. Combine Rasengan With Water Style and then Earth style

2. Combine Shadow Possession With Earth Style

3. Develop Yang Release: Regeneration

However he Didn't knew That Sasuke was about to leave the village and Few of Tobio's friends would be Close to dying in few days time...
