Today was a normal day, I woke up, had breakfast, watched tv, rode my bike to Mike's house. Basically an everyday task, Will usually comes with me a lot because he always asks, "can we play d&d now?" "Ughh not right now" we all groan. I got to Mikes house and he opened the door I got inside we went to his room and I looked around because I've only been in there a couple times I look at all of his records and say, "Tears for Fears huh?" I ask Mike grabbing the record, "yeah, but be super careful with it" I look at the other record cases until I see one that catches my eye, a record that says Foreigner on it, my face lights up as I put it on the record player as I play, "I wanna know what love is" I sit on his bed talking to him as we're face to face.

Mikes POV
Holy shit Y/N just played my favorite song and apparently it's hers to, either she's trying to get me to kiss her or she just loves the music, right then I think in my mind  "damnit, we're face to face..." I look at Y/N and then my cheeks turn bright red, she starts laughing and then I look down, just to feel her hand on my chin, lifting my head up. That was it, the spark of electricity hit the room as we kissed, it was a long one too, surprisingly. Every-time I see Y/N's beautiful face a memory comes back in my head of what Will said, "good luck man, she plays hard to get" we separated the kiss as we stared into each others eyes until I leaned back into a kiss again, we both jumped whenever Will fully barges in "hey guys! I wa- OH MY GOD" Will says covering his eyes "Uhmm.. uh... it's okay Will, just please try knocking next time." I said as Y/N was laughing "Okay, I'll be waiting in the basement" Will said as he skipped down the stairs to the room. We finished up and stared at each other and started laughing so hard we threw our heads back onto the bed, we went downstairs and hung out with Will.

Y/N's POV
Today was a normal day like usual, until.. Mike started declining my calls, this wasn't normal so I decided to go to his house until I see a purple bike in the driveway. Nerve starts to enter my body as I hope he isn't doing what I think he is. I walked in because Karen nor Ted was home, I went to his room as I heard "Everybody Wants To Rule The World" By Tears for Fears, just like I was talking about yesterday, I walk in just to see a blonde headed girl kissing him. My heart drops to my stomach as I feel a lump in my throat, "m-Mike.... Why?" I ask as my lips quiver trying not to break down in tears "Y/N I-I'm so sorry I don't know wha-"  "shut the fuck up Mike-" I cut him off as his eyes start to get glossy, the girl just staring at us both "melanie..you knew about me and mike too. get out of this house." my voice starts breaking, She didn't say a word as she quickly walked out of the front door as I gaze at her walking away. I rip off the gold necklace he gave me and threw it on the ground as I say, "you did this Mike... not me, but you" I stare at him and walk away as I quietly sob as I slam his door and leave. Nothing else was normal that day, Will kept trying to check up on me, but I have no response. Until I heard the phone ringing, I answered it and miserably said, "what." thankfully it was Max, she asked to come over so we can talk about the situation. She came over and I could hardly talk about it without balling my eyes out, so I just started crying because I couldn't hold it in "I s-saw some other bitch with him a-and that was when he b-blew it all" I ended the sentence with a sob covering my eyes with a blanket, max put her hand on my shoulder, "listen, you wanna know what we need to do. Get payback." I started smiling while wiping my eyes. This, this was the time to get all the things I deserved, payback on Mike and that little whore he was with. Me and max made a chart on what to do, while we were doing it will knocked on my door and said "Y/N someone brought something for you!"   "Was it from Mike?" I said disappointedly "No" Will said in response "good, give it to me." I said.

So it turns out that basically most everyone knew about what Mike had done to me, Chief Hopper hated him, Will hated him, Max hated him, basically all of the above, so everyone was on my side.
Me and Max finished plotting our scheme and found out where melanie lived so I can teach a lesson to the bitch. Then we tell Mike about it, he'll beg me to get back with him, and then he'll just be all alone with his stupid ass.

Mikes POV
"What were you thinking.. WHAT THE HELL WERE YOU THINKING MIKE!!" Mike shouted to himself while sobbing. "You love her, you care for her, you would do anything in the world for her and you ruined it all just because of Melanie..." Mike started throwing random things on the ground while screaming at himself. All he could do is put on the Foreigner record and play I Want To Know What Love Is, while laying on his bed staring at his telephone as tears drop down the sides of his cheeks, wondering if he should call Y/N or not.
