It's been a week since the incident about Mike, still thinking about it, I tear up sometimes, but I remember how I'm way more powerful compared to him.

Something weird happened at Starcourt today, it was really...off.. Last week I just found out El's past story and now I feel like I know her better. There were recent power outages at Starcourt. As well as the lights flickering recently today, the whole club went to the mall again as they are starting to forgive mike for his actions. But not 100%, after that we went to the pool like usual, this time something was off with Billy, he was acting.. different in some way, but Max just thinks he's usually like that, Will thinks it's something from the mind flayer but I doubt that. Until we noticed that Heather didn't show up, which she never does. Me, Max, and El went to Heathers house to check up on her, "is this it?" Max asked while El nodded her head, we got there from our bikes and El opened the door with her telekinesis. We stand there and slowly walk in, we see pictures hanging on the wall of the family, as classical but really creepy like music played. "This is her house" Max said, "what?" El said. "Heathers house" I say to El while she looks at us while we heard the laughing and chattering sounds of Heathers parents and, billy in the distance
"Max-" Billy said while Heathers parents look at us weird, "sorry, we didn't mean to barge in.." max said "we tried to knock but maybe you just didn't hear us over the rain." I say finishing her sentence while giving a reassuring smile to the family
"I'm sorry, who are these people dripping all over my living room right now?" Heathers dad said rudely, "oh! I'm sorry, Janet, Tom.. this is my sister Maxine." "Ohh!" Heathers mom said while giving us a bright smile
"what on earth are you doing here? Is something wrong..?" Billy mumbled while glancing at me and el who were standing at a distance from Billy
"we just wanted to make sure everything was okay.." Max said, "okay? Why wouldn't it be okay?"

"where is she?" El asked while Billy turned to el "I'm sorry, where is who-?" Billy said fwhile he's staring at me, the fuck does he want with me..? "Well, they're a little burnt I'm sorry!" Heather says smiling while she pauses to look at us and Billy
"Heather! This is my sister Maxine, her friend y/n and I'm sorry I didn't quite catch your name..." Billy said while angrily looking at El
"El-" el said turning her glance from Heather to Billy
"El, now what was it you were saying el? You were looking for somebody.."
"I-I saw- I saw yo-" "your manager! At the pool h-he said you guys didn't come in to work today so he..got worried." I said finishing El's sentence so we didn't screw up, Max gave me an eye movement that said "good save" I smiled at her while I noticed Billy was talking "heather wasn't feeling so hot today, so we thought we'd take the day off to..nurse her back to heath." Billy said slightly smiling to not seem suspicious "but you're feeling just fine right now, aren't you Heather?" He said while turning to her
"I'm feeling so much better" Heather said while nodding and Billy turning back to us smiling "do you girls want a cookie? They're fresh out of the oven!" Heather said while we just stare "no thanks, we should really get going because it's really late.." max says while we say bye to Heather and Billy looks at us weird, we walk out of the house with the rain and thunder that is echoing around Hawkins so loud we can barely hear ourselves, we grab our bikes and walk away from the house while Billy closed the door for us and was staring out of the window "well that was a fuck show" I say while we go into Maxs room "totally, there is definitely something going on with Billy and heather" el was just reading a magazine "maybe they're fuck buddies" I say while laughing "haha maybe"

authors note: sorry I didn't put in some scenes from the sleepover but instead of El's house were gonna do Max's house, k?
