Chapter 13 The Truth about Visux

I wandered around the castle, not really paying attention. I saw that I was nearing Visux's room and heard yelling. I sighed, more drama Onyx and I will have to deal with. I lean against the wall and just listen in.

"Damn it, Visux! I told you that you needed to keep a tight lease on that woman! Your mother would have killed her before she even left the Castle. You had one job! Keep that mutt happy until your cousin, Vandal, is dead! That is proving to be difficult because you couldn't handle a dog. I got that mate potion from one of the clan leaders so we could have your cousin kill her, his true mate, after you mated her. I had Miva take a sample of her blood just to finish it!" A voice yelled. I then heard a loud smack followed by a growl.

"I will fix this, Father. I will be the true King of the Vampires, not my pathetic excuse of a cousin!" I heard Visux yell. I quickly and quietly made my way to the office. Finding my brother and our mate, along with Meadra, Dravo, and Maxia in the room. I told the guards to have everyone watch the vampires until we were out.

"Py, what's wrong?" Sapphire asked as she wrapped her hands around my waist.

"Maxia, we have a problem. Visux is not your true mate. You were drugged by him and his father to have your real mate kill you after you were marked and mated." I quickly tell them about wandering and then spying on the Vampires.

"Then we need to do the ritual that will remove his mark. All we truly did was mark each other. I didn't want to fully mate yet," Max tells us.

"Well, I brought everything that we will need," Meadra said with a grin. She worked quickly and by the time she was done with the chant, Max had passed out from the pain of her mark and fake bond braking.

"Shit!" I exclaimed as we heard another scream. Onyx, Dravo, and I bolted out the door, seeing an older Vampire running down the stairs with the fake vampire king in his arms.

"Help my son! Something is wrong with him!" The Vampire yelled towards us. My guards stepped forward and took Visux and left. We were the only ones who knew that they were heading to the dungeons to put the fake in a locked vampire cell until we could find the actual king.

"If you want, my guards will take you to see your son?" Onyx asked as five guards stepped forward to take the father to join his son. The man nodded and left with them. Not realizing he was being led to another cell.

We all went back into the office after having our guards locate the other two vampires that came with Visux.

An hour later, a guard knocked on the door and came in when called.

"My Kings, we have located the other vampires and have put them in containment cells. The father is on the tenth level, the fake King is on the thirteenth and the others are on the second."

"Well done. We will be heading there with the Queen and her friends in just a moment. Have guards waiting for us outside before you leave to see your mate and hatchlings. I know you are due some time off, Kirk, and I know we all appreciate your hard work and dedication to us and the kingdom," I told him as I stood up and shook his hand.

"I would do anything and everything for my Kingdom. My Lily knows this and our boys know that to give everything for their home and family, My Kings." He said with a bow and walked out the door.

Ten minutes later, we headed towards the dungeons. Maxia was more than ready to stake her fake mate, and Meadra, Dravo, and our Queen were right behind her. I smirked at my brother and he rolled his eyes. Once we reached Visux's cell, Maxia was beyond pissed and ready to let her wolf shred him into tiny little pieces.
