Doctor Hector came rushing in with three nurses. I had an IV inserted into my left arm and a blood pressure cup attached to my right arm. My mates were behind my head as I lay on the hospital bed. The nurses removed my clothes and put me in a hospital gown with Pyrite's help. The doctor looked me over and decided to wait until my water broke to do my C-Section. The doctor gave me a shot of pain medicine, which relieved some of the pain. My mates held onto each of my hands to help calm me down.
After an hour of pain, my mother and sister ran into the room. The pain had returned and before anyone could say anything, I peed myself. Or I thought I had.
"Sweety, your water broke. Emerald! Get the doctor!" Mom rushed around the room and found a new gown and bedding. "Boys, I need you to lift her together. I need to change the bedding and her gown.
My mates held me up as my mother quickly striped the bed, cleaned it, and replaced the sheet. Onyx and Pyrite lay me back down and helped my mother change me as my sister rushed in with the doctor and three nurses, all bringing in the large beds for the babies and a large rolling cart that had small baby tubs, towels, and onesies to put the babies in.
"Thank you for cleaning her up, mother of my Queen," Doctor Hector said to my mother. She nodded her head at him in acknowledgement.
They went to work setting up a divider curtain so they could work and gave me a numbing shot so I didn't feel the pain. Twenty minutes later we heard the first cry of one of our babies. Then another, until they were all out. The nurses started to clean the babies and bundled them up as they were removed from my womb. After the last baby was born, I started to worry, not hearing a cry. My mates tried to calm me down but I couldn't be calmed. A second later, I heard a small spank and a scream of fury as I heard my baby. I calmed down after hearing my baby.
"I'm going to stitch you up now and then we will clean you up. Afterwards we will take the divider down and you can meet your babies. Okay, My Queen?" Doc said as he got to work.
"Okay," I whispered. I know I didn't do much, but the stress and pain was catching up to me. My babies better be healthy or the vampires better look for a new king. Cause I will rip their king's throat out and decapitate him. My mom and sister were next to my mates and all of them had happy tears in their eyes.
"I love you so much, Sapphire. Thank you for forgiving us and giving us another chance." Onyx said as he leaned in and kissed me softly.
"I love you too, my big Ox," I said to him after he kissed me. Pyrite turned my head and kissed me.
"I love you Sapphire. We were blessed when you came into our lives and I will forever be grateful that the Goddess paired us with you." He said as he nuzzled his nose to mine.
"I love you too, Py. I would never change anything because my love for you both has learned and grown." I whispered as I started to fall asleep.
I didn't know how long I had been asleep for, but when I woke up I saw I was cleaned up. My stomach was tender and I was hungry. My mother was brushing my hair and talking to my sister and my mates.
"So, our little girl is a new triad?" Pyrite asked as he looked down at one of our babies.
