RIP to Cooper Noriega my condolences go out to his friends, family and to those who knew him personally. He was found unconscious in his vehicle in a mall parking lot on June 9th. Cooper was such a beautiful soul and will be missed dearly, he had so much ahead of him in his future. He was taken to soon, he has saved so many RIP to such a beautiful soul. <3
