"There's two?" She asked shocked as she looked at the screen.

"Yes," Sean nodded. "You are having twins, Nikki."

"Two...two...two babies?" She asked looking at him in disbelief.

"Yes," Sean nodded while smiling. "That could definitely explain why you are so tired all the time and the all day sickness. You have two miracles."

"How could someone walk away from this?" She whispered as she watched them move around. "I mean I know it's not the ideal time in my life but still..."

"Some men just don't know the blessing of a family," Sean shrugged. "Would you like to hear their heartbeats?"

"Can we?" She asked and he nodded. "Wait, can we get everyone in here?" She asked. "I mean if I'm going to be having Momma and Jessi's help and you are going to be their uncles, might as well include everyone to hear the heartbeats for the first time."

"Uncles?" Sean asked and she nodded.

"You are Jessi's brothers so that would make you their uncles," She shrugged.

"Okay," Sean said as the nurse opened the door for everyone to come in.

"Let them listen first then you can tell them," She said and Sean smirked.

"That sounds like..." Erica said as she listened. Her face broke out in a wide smile when she realized what was going on.

"What is going on?" Gabe asked.

Sean turned the screen for them to look. "What are we looking at?" North asked as Jessica squealed in excitement when it hit her.

"Twins?" She asked and Nicole nodded.

"That's what Doc says," Nicole smiled sadly.

"Two babies?" Victor asked and Sean nodded then pointed them out.

"Two babies," Erica smiled as she kissed her temple. "Two precious miracles."

"That won't have their father, but it'll be okay because I'll have you and Jessi. They will also have fourteen uncles to teach them how to rule the world."

Gabe started to open his mouth but Luke shook his head so he closed it. Sean barely nodded then turned back to the screen.

"Can you tell what she's having yet?" Jessica asked and Sean shook his head.

"That will happen when she's around twenty weeks," Erica explained. "And it's only if they decided to cooperate and show us. You didn't show until I was 26 weeks and Dakota was 22 weeks before he decided to let me know. It's just up to the babies."

"Any restrictions or limits since there are twins, Doc?" Nicole asked.

"Right now, no," He shook his head. "Just keep taking your prenatal vitamins and rest when you are tired. Just listen to your body, don't work if you don't feel up to it and stay off your feet when you can. You are healthy so I don't have any concerns. Just don't push yourself anymore, rest when you get tired and drink plenty of water. Your body is undergoing a lot of changes so you will get sore as it changes. You may find some of your favorite foods you no longer like or foods you use to hate you will start to crave. Now would be the time for you to get a baby book and start recording everything down. I mean it Nikki, no longer pushing yourself, you have to rest when you need to."

"I got it Doc," She nodded. "I promise I'll be careful."

"You won't have a typical 40 week pregnancy, Dear," Erica nodded, "All pregnancies with twins I've seen came early. You will probably be on bed rest sooner than what books say also."

"Okay," She nodded. "Guess all those extra days and overtime pays are going to pay off. I now have to get two of everything."

"We got this," Jessica smiled. "You aren't alone."

"Thank you," She sniffled. "You're right."

"Here are your pictures, Pookie," Sean said as he handed her the ultrasound pictures. "We will step out so you can get dressed."

"I don't think they were happy about being called uncles," Jessica whispered as Nicole got dressed.

"Why?" Nicole asked, "That is what they would be. They are your brothers so that would make them uncles to the babies."

"I think if you gave them the chance they would step into the role of fathers," Erica explained. "But if you haven't forgiven them then that is your decision."

"Be the fathers?" Nicole asked shocked. "No," She looked offended. "That would mean we had a relationship or will have a relationship. I won't lie to my children and have them think someone else is their father. They will know the truth about their biological father, even though it will break their hearts, they deserve to know the truth. Besides, I've seen the way they go through relationships. I won't have the children grow up thinking I was just another one on their list. We use to have a sibling relationship and that is all we will ever have."

"Okay," Erica nodded knowing it's not something to push right now. "How about we just go home and start figuring out changes to the nurseries?"
