As Blake stood over the defeated Darth Vader, a surge of emotions ran through Blake's mind. Rage. Sorrow. Revenge. The man responsible for her misery was at her mercy. All Blake had to do was to bring her Lightsabers down and the Dark Lord would be dead. As she looked down at Darth Vader, the Sith Lord taunted her.
Darth Vader: Strike me down. It is your destiny.
As Vader goaded Blake, she found herself on an all too familiar path. The path between justice and revenge. Between Light and Dark. Despite wanting to kill Darth Vader where he stood, Blake took a deep breath and deactivated her Lightsabers. She then walks away, leaving Cal and Cere to confront Vader.
Cal: Get something to hold him.
Rebel Soldier: Yes, General.
As the Rebel soldiers moved to take Darth Vader into custody, Blake ran over to Yang. Nightsister Merrin was seen tending to Yang with her magic. Despite her best efforts, it seemed as though Yang was truly gone.
Blake: Yang....
Merrin: I'm....I'm sorry, Blake. I can't revive her.
Blake: It's...it's not your fault. It's mine. I should have stayed here.
Holding Yang's body in her arms, Blake began grieving when Yang inexplicably awoke and kissed her. In that tender moment, Blake hugged Yang tightly.
Blake: Yang....
Yang: We're alive.
Blake smiled as she held Yang in her arms. The two shared a tender reunion. For the both of them, it felt like a lifetime since they've seen one another. With the battle won and Vader captured, the Rebel attention was turned to cleanup. A holoprojection of Leia Organa spoke to Cere, Cal and Yang.
Yang: We'll send a dozen small freighters in all directions. Even if they find out we have him, they won't know which ship to follow.
Leia(Holoprojection): Excellent. And the security detail?
Yang: We have it covered, Your Highness. We'll contact you once we have Vader safely locked away on Dantooine.
Leia(Holoprojection): This is a turning point for the Rebellion. You should be proud. May the Force be with you.
As the holoprojection of Leia faded away, a ship landed near them. Much to Blake's surprise, it looked exactly like the White Fang ship.
Blake: Is that....the White Fang?
Yang: We managed to salvage the wreckage on Corellia. Managed to rebuild it with a few modifications.
Blake looked upon the White Fang with nostalgia. The White Fang had been a big part of Blake's past life. It had helped Blake throughout her journey from Blake's hunting of Jedi survivors of Order 66 to her mission to form the Rebel Alliance. As Darth Vader was being placed in a specialized containment cell, Blake and Yang spoke with Cal and Cere.
Blake: Thank you both for everything. I owe you more than I can ever repay.
Cal: Don't mention it. There's no debt among friends.
Cere: Today is a momentous victory for the Rebel Alliance. With Darth Vader captured, we've robbed the Empire of it's chief enforcer, bringing us one step closer to victory.
Blake: What about this facility?
Cal: Cere and I got it covered. Whatever Vader was planning, it's over.
Blake turned to see the restrained Darth Vader being loaded into the White Fang. After that, Blake and Yang boarded the White Fang and parted ways with Cal and Cere as they stayed behind to dismantle the Cloning Facility. As the White Fang left Kamino, Blake confronted Darth Vader in the lower decks of the White Fang. Darth Vader's mechanical breathing echoed in the tight corridors.
Blake: I let you live, Vader.
As Blake said this, Vader said nothing.
Blake: You tell me I'm a Clone, but I let you live. I chose to spare you.
As Vader remained silent, Blake could remember her earliest memories of him. She remembered the Dark Lord towering over her when she was a frightened little girl. She remembered the master she had once pledged her life and loyalty to. She remembered the monster who had tormented her all her life. To see the Dark Lord restrained in such a fashion sent a shiver down Blake's spine. Blake recalled something she said to Vader in their duel.
Blake: You are his slave as I was once yours. But unlike me, you've never had the strength to rebel. To rise up against your master. That's why I pity you. I will no longer serve a monster. And if I have my way, I'll make sure you don't either. Maybe Cal is right and this was all some kind of trick to get me so confused that I'd forget who I really am and I'd be your slave. But it doesn't matter. Whether I am or not doesn't matter. I let you live. I made that choice of my own free will. I've finally broken your hold over me.
As Blake said this, Vader remained silent. After saying her piece to the Dark Lord, she turned her back on Darth Vader and began walking away. As she reached the exit, the Sith Lord finally broke his silence.
Darth Vader: As long as she lives, I will always control you.
With that chilling warning, Blake walked away. After confronting her former master, Blake made her way to the cockpit of the White Fang where Yang was piloting the ship. As the White Fang exited Kamino's atmosphere, Blake and Yang gazed into each other's eyes.
Blake: Yang...I.....
Yang: On the night you died, I was heartbroken. But Cal told me something that I would never forget.
Blake: What?
Yang: That in all the darnkess that you had, there was one bright spot. One beautiful thing you held on to, even at the end.
Blake knew the answer to that. The two then shared a tender kiss. As the kiss ended, they gazed into each other's eyes.
Yang: Preparing the jump to Hyperspace.
With that, the White Fang made the jump to Hyperspace. However, Boba Fett's ship, Slave I, detaches from the remains of a Star Destroyer, and follows the White Fang into Hyperspace.
