Description: his body, in it's base state, is composed entirely out of liquid. He can, at any time, change what liquid his body is made of, reshape it, or solidify it. However, solidifying his body takes energy, and cannot be maintained indefinitely. He can also manipulate any of his body that gets separated from him, allowing him to pull himself back together no matter how far he gets splattered. Whenever he's reshaping himself, there is practically no limit to the size he can make himself or parts of himself, and any extra liquid needed to make himself larger will be created in order to do so, and whenever he shrinks himself, any left over liquid not needed for him to maintain that size will be destroyed.
