This quirk grants them the ability to permanently copy the quirk of whoever they touch at twice the strength, as to it technically being 2 of he same quirk due to both possessing it. They cannot use any quirk the other is currently using, and possess a telepathic bond connecting them, it is unknown if this bond can be expanded to include other people.
