Basically, Naruto and his adopted son, Homelander(though, after coming to the other universe, he just goes by John), are from another world where the happenings of the The Boys show never happened, simply because Naruto got stranded in that universe, got experimented on by Vought, broke out, and adopted John as a child while escaping, and ended up raising him as his son. Though, he eventually did make a deal with Vought where he would be a Super Hero under their employ, in exchange for them never again experimenting on people like him and John, and eventually John joined him as an adult, and The Seven was formed, but it was The Nine instead of The Seven. Eventually, Naruto figured out a way to go to another universe, and decided to leave that one in the hopes that he would land in his original one, with John deciding to go with him. Instead, they landed in the original universe(the show, not the comics), and decide to fix that world before once again trying to go back to Naruto's home universe. This story is the happenings of how they change the storyline of The Boys, but I might eventually make a prequel about what happened during John's childhood with Naruto as his adopted father, and what Naruto did.
