Extra Info: Izuku has a license given to him by the HPSC that gives him permission to kill villains without repercussion, which he has made him exempt from punishment even with the blood of hundreds of villains on his hands, all of which he turned into transfigured humans. The special thing about his transfigured humans is that they still have their quirks, and he can use said quirks so long as he keeps them inside his body(where they are stored when he isn't using them as disposable soldiers).
