When Izuku was born he didn't cry, he laughed. A laugh so evil and terrifying that everyone in the room died from fear aside from his mother, who's love of her child saved her from the fear, but even with how much she loved her child her mind wasn't fully safe from the fear, and was shattered. Ever since that point, there was too much fear of him in her heart to disobey him.

Quirk: Dark Lord
Description: his mere presence strikes terror into the hearts of even the most fearless people. He can channel this aura of terror to make someone's heart stop from the fear or to subjugate them and make them bend to his will, when he was a child he had little to no control over this and had to be homeschooled in order to not kill all of the other kids at the school. The more people he subjugates and kills, the more powerful he gets and the more terror he emits. At a sufficient level of power, he becomes capable of subjugating even that which is not alive, such as the earth, sky, and sea. He can, at any point, deactivate his aura of terror, but usually keeps it active.
