Description: he can manipulate everything about his body by raising or lowering what percent it's at. At base, without raising or lowering anything, he's at 1%, which is also peak human physicality. At 2% power he becomes more physically powerful than anyone without a quirk that enhances that, and he's even stronger than some that do. At 10% he reaches All Might's level of power. He has never raised anything about himself to 100% except for his intelligence and wisdom. He can also raise himself beyond 100%, but at that point it begins to cost energy to maintain, costing more energy the higher the percentage gets.
