ALEAH POV
After the hurricane we had some damage to the house which needed fixing. But everyone was ok. I went to the market to pick up some food when I ran into a boy named Owen. He dropped all his apples and I quickly apologized. I recognized him from school, we'd been introduced before but we've never talked. "I am so sorry! Owen right?" I said. "Yeah. I remember you you're Aleah. My bad I didn't see you there." I helped him pick up the apples and he was on his way. It was the second time we met but that time I felt some sort of spark. We ended up talking later at school and that's when I knew I was totally crushing. My friends asked, "so Aleah are you going to the dance... Owens gonna be there." I decided to go. We ended up hanging with Owen and I found we have a lot in common and he's very funny. Abbey flipped. "Oh my god Aleah are you gonna ask him out??" "I don't know." I said. But I did about a week later. He's probably one of the sweetest guys I've ever met. I told all this to KC and she told me some big news. She got a phone call... From someone claiming to be my dad.
Sorry this chapter is short and sorry I've been so inactive but I had like no inspiration so:( I will be writing more I hope in fact I have nothing to do today so maybe I'll write a few more chapters.
