KC POV
I was facetiming Dan when I realized something, we never had a first date before. "We never had a first date?" Dan asked. "Not a proper one, like dinner just you and me." I responded. "Well I wish we had, but we weren't exactly dating yet last time I saw you." He said. "Well I have an idea, what's a restaurant that is in both California and London?" I asked smirking. "Um nandos?" He responded confused. "Yes perfect!" I said. "KC why does that matter?" He asked. "Ok here's my idea, we take our laptops to both our nandos and have a first date over Skype." I said, I knew it was a stupid idea though. "No... How about this, I just come there." He said smirking. "What?!" I was freaking out. "I bought a plane ticket to come see you, the only catch is that phil can't come." He said smirking. I squealed. "Your serious! Your coming to America! This is insane babe!!!" I screamed. "I'm coming in a week I think. Yep a week." He said. "Yay!" This was incredible. I told my parents the good news and my dad had an interesting reaction. "Well it's about time I meet this boy." He said in a stern voice. "Um dad, please don't be super harsh about this." I begged. "Why? Your my only daughter I have a right to treat this boy however I feel." sometimes my dad drove me nuts. *time warp* Right after school I drove straight home to drop off my stuff and drove straight to the airport. Dans flight got delayed so I had to wait about an hour but when I hear "Flight 161 from London to Santa Monica will be landing shortly." Over the loud speaker I got excited. When all this time he seemed so far he was finally gonna be here, with me. He had to get a hotel but it was okay, as long as he was close. "Flight 161 from London to Santa Monica is now landing." I heard over the loud speaker. This was it. I stood at the big window as I watched his plane land. Then I waited by the exit as I watched all the passengers walk off. Then I saw him, he stopped and dropped his luggage as I ran into his arms. He picked me up and spun me around, pulling me into a sweet kiss. We stood there hugging for what seemed like an hour but was probably only a couple minutes. I whispered into his jacket, "I missed you so much." "I missed you too." He said, and he kissed my head. It felt nice, to be back in his loving arms. "I love you." He whispered. "I love you too." I said pulling him into a soft kiss. This was an amazing feeling. He picked up kid bags and I drove him to his hotel so he could get settled in. "How have you been?" I asked while we were driving in silence." "I've been okay, but wow this place is a lot sunnier than london." he said laughing. "Oh please it's always like this." I said. "It's nice." He said with a smile. I could see he was really enjoying the scenery, and the sun. So I let him sit there and enjoy it. When we got to his hotel room he pulled me into a deep kiss. Our faces crushed together, i just pulled him closer. When he pulled away I nuzzled my face into his chest and cuddled up to him. "Hey we should go to Aleah's and visit with her a bit." Dan said. "Yeah that sounds nice." We drove up to her house to surprise her, I realized she didn't quite know what day Dan was coming. Dan knocked first and Aleah's brother opened the door. "Who the hell are you?" He said. "I'm Dan Howell, is Aleah here?" He said. "Yeah. HEY DORK BRAIN SOME FRIEND OF YOURS IS HERE!" He screamed to her. "Shut up Jack! Who is it?" She shouted back at him. "Some guy named Dan!" He shouted. She ran down the stairs immediately. "DAN! OH MY GOD I CANT BELIEVE ITS YOU!" She pulled him into a hug and then I came up. "Surprise!" I said smiling.
