*Can't always be happy*
Y/N groaned when Jhené pulled away from her, waking her from her sleep. "Where you going?" Y/N questions as she rolls over and tries to go back to sleep. "I have to be in the studio at 7 so I gotta get ready." Jhené says. "You want me to go with?" Y/N asks. "I'm not gonna be there long. I think we have it booked until twelve. We're just gonna do the hooks for the songs and add or change things to the music. I should be back by one." Jhené explains.
Y/N nods her head before she fell back to sleep. She jumped when she felt Jhené's body lay down on top of hers. "You want to shower with me?" Jhené whispers into Y/N's ear seductively. Y/N moans and nods her head before following Jhené to the bathroom. They brushed their teeth before climbing into the shower.
Time Skip
"Hey ma" Y/N hugs Christina as she walked into the studio that they had booked. "Hey baby, what you doing here? Jhené said you were gonna stay at the hotel until she was done?" Christina questions. "She asked me to pick her up. We're supposed to go on a date today." Y/N answered with a big smile on her face. Christina nods as she smiles as she looked over how happy Y/N was.
"Can I ask you something? It's very personal but I just want to make sure y'all are safe. Are you using condoms?" Christina questions. Y/N's eyes widen as she looks at Christina, not being able to speak. "Well" Christina gives Y/N a small smile of encouragement. "We are ma." Y/N lies straight through her teeth. "Okay. I just don't want y'all having a baby just yet." Christina kisses Y/N's cheek after standing and leaving the room.
Y/N looked towards the door when she heard Jhené's giggle. Her smile widening at the sound but it quickly dropped when Jhené walked in with some guy hanging off her shoulder. Y/N stared at the two being close and she could feel her jealousy kicking in. Some guy she doesn't know is all over her girl and she wasn't liking it at all.
"Hey baby, when did you get here?" Jhené questions as she pushes the guy off to walk towards her. "You texted me to pick you up at one... It's one." Y/N doesn't take her eyes off the guy that's standing awkwardly in the middle of the room. She leans down and kisses Jhené before standing up straight and puffing her chest out a little. She couldn't help but to try and show she wasn't one to play with when it came to Jhené. "Who's this?" She mumbles quietly to her girlfriend.
"My bad, this is O'Ryan. He is Omarion's brother. You remember Omarion right? We ran into him at the beach and smoked with him." Jhené says as she wraps her arms around Y/N's waist, trying to keep her from bucking up to the guy. "Yeah. What's up man?" Y/N nods her head before pulling away from Jhené. She put her hand out for him to shake but he just looked her up and down.
Y/N bit the inside of her cheek at the disrespect and nodded her head. "We got somewhere to be so we're gonna get going. I'll be in the car." Y/N says as she walks out the room without Jhené. She ignored Jhené call her name and walked out of the building, heading towards her car that was parked to the side. She scoffed when she noticed the pimped out Cadillac next to hers.
Jhené walked out and climbed into Y/N's car. "What's wrong?" Y/N scoffed at the question and just started her car before she started driving towards their date location. "Baby talk to me please. How we supposed to resolve the situation if you don't talk to me?" Jhené asks as she caresses Y/N's arm. "Why was homeboy up on you like that?" Y/N questions.
"He was just being friendly. I didn't see a problem with it because he's Omarion's brother." Jhené admits. "It makes me look like a chump letting some dude all on you and for him to disrespect me like that? I could've knocked his shit for doing me like that." Y/N started working herself up and decided to stop and take deep breaths. She didn't like getting loud or angry with her girlfriend.
"He was just being friendly. Why are you so worked up about it? We've hung out with his brother so I didn't see it being a problem with him hearing one of my songs so I invited him back to the studio." Jhené speaks quietly, slowly realizing how stupid she sounded. "Do you hear how that sounds? You sound stupid. We've known Omarion for three days! That doesn't mean that you invite his brother- that we don't even know anything about- back to your session. That kid was there for something more than just music and you gave him that impression that it was more. That's why he treated me with such disrespect." Y/N expresses.
"Did you just call me stupid? Drop me." Jhené turns, crossing her arms, and looking out the window. "That's all you got from that? Do you know how STUPID you made me look? I'm your girlfriend and you led this guy on into thinking more because of how nice you have to be to everyone. NOT EVERYONE IS TRYING TO BE YOUR FRIEND." Y/N snapped at the end. Her anger getting the best of her. The car ride back to the Chilombo home was filled with awkward silence.
Y/N looked over at Jhené when she heard a sniffle and she knew she fucked up. She was too stubborn to apologize at the moment. She bit her lip as she reached over and grabbed Jhené's hand but Jhené pulled it away from her. "Please don't touch me." She whispers. Y/N bites the inside of her cheek as pain fills her chest. Her heart breaking from the rejection from the woman she loved.
Time Skip
"Penny's ba- What's wrong with her? What you do to her." Miyagi bucks at Y/N and Y/N just stares at her girlfriend walking up the stairs towards her room. She nodded at the Chilombo family before she left the house and went back to her car. She was about to pull off but her passenger door flung open and Jamila climbed in. "Lets go to the beach." Jamila says as she keeps her head forward and not looking at Y/N.
When they got to the beach, Y/N parked and looked at Jamila. "I don't want to know details because it's your relationship but are you okay?" Jamila questions. "I don't know. She disrespected me by bringing this guy to the studio knowing we had a date today. Omarion is his brother but we don't know Omarion that well either. We've known the guy for three days. He was hanging off of her and didn't even introduce himself when I put my hand out for him to shake. If it was reversed, she would've kicked mine and the other girl's ass. I also yelled at her and I just don't know what to do right now." Y/N lays her head on the steering wheel.
"Jhené has a habit of being overly friendly to people because she gives one hundred percent of her trust to people. Why don't you just let her cool down and once you're cooled down as well sit down and have a calm and civil conversation. Is this the first big fight?" Jamila questions. "Yeah... I yelled at her and when I tried grabbing her hand she pulled it away. I don't know why but it hurt bad. It felt like someone literally ripped my heart out of my chest. It feels like I can't breathe. You know what I mean?" Y/N looks at Jamila with a puppy like sad face.
"Don't look at me like that. I should smack you for yelling at her but I won't because I'm trying to help you. I can see why you feel disrespected by my sister but you know my sister. She'd never do anything to hurt you. She thinks everyone is kind and doesn't have other intentions. O'Ryan is a player and I don't like him personally. I'm friend's with Omarion and I've heard and seen first hand what those two are like so I understand. You're so in love with my sister." Jamila laughs.
"Don't laugh at my pain. You sister hurts me when she's mad at me." Y/N whines. "Good. At least she's knocking them loose bolts in your head back in place." Jamila jokes. She looks over Y/N's sad face and sighs before climbing out of the truck and walking over to Y/N's side of the car. She opens the door and pulls Y/N out. "You tell anyone about this and I'll deny it." Jamila says before she hugs Y/N. Y/N stands stiffly before she slowly hugged Jamila back. "It's one fight. Not the end of the world Y/N. You two are meant for each other and will get past this. Tell her how you feel and don't hold back on any of it. She needs to hear it in order to change or fix it. The same goes for you. You listen and work on growing together." Jamila pulls away from the hug and pulls out a joint.
"Don't tell Miyagi but I took this for us as revenge for beating you up." Jamila smirks before she walks towards the beach and sits down. She'd never admit it but she enjoys Y/N's company and loves when she's around. Everyone seems to brighten up when Y/N's around... Don't tell anyone or she'll deny it...
