"Jay has been talking about you nonstop. You're definitely a lot prettier than how he described you." Rihanna speaks. "That's dope. My girl thinks so too... I heard you wanted to meet me and I'm here. I'm sure you want to collab on a song?" Y/N speaks. Wanting to keep it short to avoid disrespecting her girlfriend with the beautiful woman's compliments. "Mmm... Your girl is one lucky girl... I do want to collaborate with you. I have a song called 'Hate That I Love You' and I think your voice will be perfect. Jay sent me a part of a song that you wrote and it matches the vibe of this song. I also know having a song released with me will boost your career." Rihanna speaks. Y/N looks towards Maxwell who gives her a small nod.

"When does it need to be done? My girl is releasing her album in a few hours and I promised her sisters that I would be there to surprise her." Y/N questions. Rihanna smirks at her before handing over the contract for the song. Maxwell had already looked it over and approved it after some percentages were changed to benefit Y/N. Rihanna bit her lip as she looked Y/N up and down. She couldn't deny that Y/N was very attractive but she wasn't a home wrecker. She had recently went through a very public break up and just healed physically.

Y/N looks over the contract before signing it. She stands and hands the contract to Rihanna before shaking her hand. "Tell me when to be at the studio and I'll be there but I have to go be there for my girl. Tonight is about her." Y/N smiles before she leaves the room. She waits for Maxwell in her El Camino and sighs as she calms down. Rihanna was well known and she wouldn't deny the beauty of the woman but her girl was the only one that truly made her feel anything internally. She was nervous because of how big of a deal it is to work with Rihanna. Nothing else was felt.

Maxwell climbed into the passenger seat and looked at Y/N with a smirk. "Got your heart racing huh?" Maxwell questions. "Not because of attraction. That's all for my girl. That was Rihanna... Bad gal Riri that wants to do a song with me. That's a big deal. You see the numbers on that contract?" Y/N cheeses. "You're welcome for that by the way. I look over all contract with your lawyer before you see any deals. I want to make sure nobody is taking advantage of you and you're benefitting as well." Maxwell smirks at Y/N.

Y/N looks at her best friend with a smile on her face. "I appreciate you looking out for me man. I know it is easy to take advantage of artists in the industry but I'm lucky to have someone that I can trust." Y/N speaks. "Don't get sappy with me Thuggy Y/L/N. That's all for your girl. I will never accept anything that would jeopardize you or your career. Now let's go celebrate Né." Maxwell laughs. Y/N turns on Jhené's album and sang along with Maxwell as she drove towards the club that was rented out.

Y/N walks into the club and looks around in shock at what the club looked like. She had always wondered what it was like and to actually experience it is shocking for her. The dance floor was filled with people grinding on each other and singing along to the music that was being played. "Up there" Maxwell speaks as he points to an upstairs section of the club where she saw her girl, her sisters, and a whole entourage.

Jhené made eye contact with her and her smile widened at the sight of her girlfriend. She looked good in her outfit. The baggy jeans and the white tee with her chain shining bright. Jhené bought the chain for her. All diamonds and her name on the front of it shining bright and reflecting off the walls as she made her way towards the VIP section. She met Y/N at the steps and wrapped her arms tightly around Y/N's neck. "You made it." Jhené speaks as she pulls back and presses her lips against Y/N's lips, and moaning softly at the softness.

"Of course. I wouldn't miss it for anything... Including Rihanna." Y/N jokes. "Rihanna? Is that who you met with?" Jhené asks. She was trying to act like it didn't make her feel jealous but she knew her girlfriend. Y/N wouldn't do anything to ruin their relationship. "We are releasing a song that she has written. She was looking for a collaboration with another artist for her come back and Jay sent her my way. He sent her a clip of Miss Independent and she said my voice was the perfect match. Tonight is about you though so let's celebrate. I also got you something." Y/N pulls the box out of her back pocket and hands it to Jhené. (I know the song was released in 2007 but we can pretend right? Right.)
