"You brat, thinking you could get away. I always win," Olaf grins, throwing Y/N onto the ground of the athletic field.
Y/N lands, rubbing her head, "Yeah, yeah. You haven't won yet though," she groans.
Duncan and Isadora quickly help the girl up, still maintaining their disguise.
"Are you okay?" Duncan asks the girl worriedly.
"Yeah," Y/N nods her head. "I'm alright."
"What happened?" Jeremy asks, starting to run alongside his sister when Olaf blows his shrill whistle.
"I forgot some of my notes in the shack," Y/N sighs, ashamed. "I got caught when he went looking for me. I should have known my plan wouldn't work."
"Hey," her brother nudges her, "your plans always work. Klaus and Violet are still able to study."
"Yeah, so they'll pass the exams and I won't. I'll be stuck with Olaf forever," she mumbles, avoiding her brothers gaze.
Jeremy frowns, unsure of what to respond with. He looks to Isadora for help.
"Y/N, you are the smartest person I know. You probably don't even need to study to pass the exams," Isadora gives the girl a soft smile, gentle placing a hand on her shoulder as the girls stop running for a moment.
"I'm not so sure about all of that, but thank you Isadora," Y/N returns a very small smile. Her confidence only grew slightly.
"Girls!" Olaf shoves in between the two, blowing his whistle into their ears. "If you don't get back to running I am going to shove my foot where the sun don't shine."
Before the two girls can even start running again, they hear a snap of rope. They look at Duncan and Jeremy, who was pulling the bag of flour behind them that was supposed to serve as their Sunny.
Well they were pulling the bag of flour. The rope had snapped, causing the Sunny decoy to halt.
"Oh great, now the baby isn't running either. Maybe she just needs a good kick," Olaf says, strutting over to the bag of flour.
He swiftly shoves his foot into the middle of the bag, causing flour to explode out of it.
"What do we do?" Isadora asks?
"Keep running," Y/N replies, already leaving.
The four children are able to escape while Olaf is occupied, confused as to what happened. Eventually, his slow brain processes what has happened, and he quickly starts after the children.
Thankfully, Violet, Klaus, and Sunny moved to the orphan shack after Y/N was caught. Y/N took her brother, Duncan, and Isadora to the library, quickly hiding behind one of the many shelves.
Unfortunately, it's the first place Olaf goes to as well. He peruses the shelves, stopping at the one the orphans are hiding behind.
"Boss," Fernald swings open the door, stopping Olaf before he can see the children.
"What?" Olaf jumps.
"It's scary in here," Fernald leads Olaf back outside.
"Well you scared me!" Olaf scoffs. "Guard the library. It's where all smart orphans end up."
Fernald nods, quickly starting to pace in front of the doors while Olaf begins making rounds.
"We have to warn them," Y/N says, peaking over the shelf.
"We can't go anywhere with him guarding the door," Isadora reminds her.
"Oh my god..." Y/N's voice fades.
