07. (Part 1)

Zoey's POV.

...It was later that same afternoon, and the party was supposed to begin in about 2 hours. Alice called me to come over to her house early so she can give me my graduation surprise.
According to my Pixie friend, the present has to do with the party.

Jacob was driving me, Jared, and Quil ot the Cullens house. The others were currently doing their patrol shift, and Emily was spending time with Sue.

Meanwhile, The Alpha stayed back to send me off for the night; before joining the others for patrol.

Sam said this was another one of my protection details. It was 6:30pm and the party started around 8; I had this feeling that Alice's present was a dress, knowing her.

"Are you sure it's necessary for me to go Sammy?" I asked/whined, as we were getting ready to leave the cozy house. He sighed as he leaned against the kitchen counter of the kitchen.

"Zoey. We think it's necessary for you to go, because you deserve to have fun; even if it's only for a few hours." He sighed and continued his sentence walking towards his second imprint with a smile.

"Besides.. It can at least try to distract you from everything else going on, baby girl." He finished with a smile and wrapped his hands around my waist.

I smiled weakly, and blushed at his statement. Sam always knows how to make me blush.

I wrapped my arms around his neck and hugged him tightly, my heart still filled with anxiety. He rubbed my back gently and kissed the top of my head. I pulled back slightly and stared into his beautiful dark eyes, they were filled with love, and affection.

He leaned down and kissed me passionately. His lips, as always, leaving a jolt sensation of electricity through out my entire body. I loved how soft and warm they were against mine.

He slowly pulled away and leaned his forehead against mine with a sigh, his eyes were closed as he whispered "Jacob and the boys are here."

We pulled away reluctantly, and turned towards the door. I grabbed my phone, my wallet and my over the shoulder bag. I walked outside, Sam following me, Jacobs truck was there. I noticed Quil and Jared were joking around near the truck, while shirtless; so I assumed that they would phase and meet us there.

Quil and Jared hugged me once they laid eyes on me and both gave me a kiss on the cheek. I blushed furiously, and smiled at my boys. Jacob got out of his truck and smiled at me.

"Come on Zo. Let's get this over with." He stated with a bit of a sigh. I grinned slightly, knowing how annoyed they were having to play nice with vampires.

Even though they were teamed up before, because of Bella; the boys are still very hesitant around the Cullens. Especially Sam, Jake, and Leah. I can't blame them though, it's in their blood to hate Vampires. Their supposed to be mortal enemies.

Although, it does warm my heart; knowing that they are trying to tolerate them for my sake.

"Alright, let's go." I stated with a smile.  Before I left Sam hugged me protectively and told me that Emily wanted to spend the day with me tomorrow. I agreed with a wide smile and took off with Jacob.

All while Quil and Jared werw running through the woods in wolf form, following us there.

We arrived to the Cullens and I could see Alice had the entire living room decked out in decorations for the graduates.

As we walked in, Rose strutted towards us with a close-lipped smile on her pale face.

I knew she wasn't really happy with the whole wolves being in her presence, sort of thing.. but I'm grateful that she was making an effort.

Luckily, even though her smile wasnt fully there; her eyes screamed with happiness and relief when she made eye contact with me. Her smile widened and she gently grabbed my hand and pulling me up to the stairs.

I giggled, and gave a warning glance to my imprints when I heard them growl. I followed Rosalie as she dragged me to what seemed to be Alice's room.

My eyes widened at the large glass-see through doors that was beside the main door. It was one gigantic walk-in closet. Rose opened the double door and I squealed slightly in happiness.

I spotted lots of dresses, shirts, shoes, bags, glasses, you name it. They were in every designer brand name there was, and from what I noticed even some vintage brand names that are discontinued.

Alice was by the shoe section that was right across. The glass doors. The shoes were organized by color and place neatly into little, square cubby style shelves.

The Seer Vampire smiled widely when Zoey walked up to her with an awed look on her face. "So what do you think?" She asked excitedly, Zoey grinned after taking a double look at the closet "It's so beautiful." She breathed out, her chocolate brown eyes sparkling in admiration.

"I'm glad you love it. When I first brought Bella here, she admitted to not liking any of the clothes and how she had a better fashion sense than I ever did." Alice sighed in annoyance, remembering that dreadful day.

Zoey scoffed in disbelief "She seriously is so full of herself. I mean everyone knows that Bella Swan has the most boring, and bland fashion sense ever."

Alice giggled and Rose smirked beside Zoey at her comment. "Well, forget about her. Today is about you, and I have the perfect dress for you to wear to the party."

Alice grabbed the black box, that had a red bow tied around it, from one of the shelves underneath the dress section of the closet.

Zoey grabbed the box with her delicate, dainty hands and slowly unwrapped it...

An hour later; Zoey was dressed, had make up on (Done by Rose), and her hair done nicely by Rose as well.

She looked in the large mirror beside the door and gasped. Zoey was speechless. The redhead had her hair curled in perfect ringlets and tied into a fancy high ponytail. She had beautiful natural colored eyeshadow on. Her eyes were also winged with sharp black liner. She had beautiful bright red lipstick, and some redish blush to finish off the look.

What really stunned her though, was the gorgeous Midnight blue dress that matched perfectly with her red hair and pale skintone.

It was form fitting, had full sleeves on both sides; and landed, straight down, right below her knees. It was sexy but classy, made her feel and look like a whole new woman.

She turned around with a wide, admiring smile on her pale face. The redhead smiled even wider when she spotted Alice with a beaming smile; holding up a pair of glossy black and strapped high heels.

"Now, you're full beauty is ready to shine!" Rosalie exclaimed with a smile matching her sisters.
