Besides here's the pride of Mumbai 'Hotel Taj'. Few workers from the hotel just came out after completing their shift. And a group of 4 waiting for the one who is still inside, one finally called him " Oye Smit... Come out, man. We are getting late." Smit replied, "You guys go ahead, Manager asked me to wait... idk why !"
Inside Hotel
"Sir, you ask for me? Anything wrong?" Smit asked. To which the manager replied "Ohh my boy... Nothing wrong. I heard your results were declared today and you perform well. So here's a small gift from this old uncle..." and gave envelop with some money in it. Feeling blessed he just hugged his dear uncle tightly. And that was the last peaceful movement in his life.
Suddenly all noise was heard was screams, gunshots, cries, and nothing but all chaos. They ran out of the small cabin; only to see, some hotel staff and guests already lying on the floor covering the hotel floor in blood. Such a terrific scene that will shake you to the core, it'll freeze your blood. And he was just standing there with his numb body. Only got back his senses when he heard cries of a few kids. 7 kids to be precise, who all were hiding under the table. And only signal he got from his brain, is to save these children with his life. one of age 13 was the oldest in them, holding his 4-month-old sister. He slowly reaches for them. Where was the manager...? He collapsed in the same place when he saw all that blood lash. Smit tried to calm down the kids, which was an almost impossible task. But how he did that, God knows... Being a part-time intern at the hotel he knew every corner of the hotel. He took all those kids to the doorway that only hotel employees were aware of. Just a few steps and kids would have been safe until help arrives. But he heard a few heavy footsteps, he got tensed; but still was in his right conscious. He showed the oldest one way to the hidden room. Once he made sure that the kids will be safe, he ran in the opposite direction. Footsteps can be heard louder now. He was just running faster and faster, that envelope he was still holding in his right hand. Next few seconds his mind got completely blank... he just saw his mother's smiling face, his playful younger siblings, and his father's strict but caring nature. Then few gunshots were heard; he felt severe pain in his shoulder, back, and right leg. One final shot in his skull and that was the end... of all his happiness, his future, everything.
