9. Future Planning

A new day and it again started with a nightmare for Zhan. He again dreamed all those things that happened to the previous Zhan that day. He wants to take revenge for him and his baby. But what he was taught growing up was to forgive. Forgive those who wronged you, cause revenge is a never-ending game. Today you take revenge because they did something to you, then tomorrow they will take revenge again for what you did today. And that shit just never ends. Punishing someone is not in our hands. Their karma will hunt them back. 

But now if he tried to do something, and got caught. There are three lives at stake him, Yubin, and maybe a-qing. Zhan doesn't care about his life though, he is living on bonus points anyways. And he is also tired of eating fruits every day... I mean come on!!! Ever since he came here he has been eating fruits. He can't eat meat, they have vegetables here but they don't have good spices to add flavor to them. Even if he is good at ancient Chinese cuisine, he doesn't even taste his own dishes many times because it has meat, seafood, or fish sauce in it. He wants to go back and eat his mother's cooking. But what about Yubin gege, that guy is really innocent. Yubin gege helped him a lot, and he'll do everything in his power to give that guy good life away from this palace. 

Also, Yubin has been telling him to run away whenever a-qing is not around. it's been five days since he regained consciousness. Ever since the emperor left that day he didn't come back. Zhan was a little disappointed but thought it was for the best. But the emperor sent all kinds of different delicious fruits and herbs for him with a-qing. He didn't want to waste it, so he ate it. They were yummy tough. 

But he can't live like this all his life, so he decided to leave the palace. He won't run away as Yubin suggested. But he will inform the king before going, the emperor hates him anyway. So Zhan is sure that the emperor will be happy to send him away. For that, he needs to have a good conversation with the king. He will leave the palace, taking Yubin with him. Then he will practice his martial art skills and cultivate his spiritual powers. And then he will come back here, to show these stupid people how powerful he is. They must regret treating Zhan badly. Especially that fucking emperor should regret killing the only person who loved him till his death, and his only son. When it comes to spiritual power Zhan is on the same level as the emperor now, but when it comes to physical strength The emperor is far superior to him. He needs to plan everything perfectly. 

After doing his morning routine, and having fruits for breakfast as usual; he called a-qing to ask her about the emperor. "a-qing, I have something important to discuss with his Majesty. Can you inform him of that, and please try to get his permission so that I can meet him today? It will hardly take 5 minutes, I won't take much of his precious time." Both Yubin and a-qing were shocked, first of all, Zhan was avoiding the emperor for the past few days, and secondly, Zhan never sounded that confident and authoritative ever in his life. 

In the last few days, their master had changed a lot. Even his physical appearance changed a little. His body is still slender and alluring, but not weak anymore. His skin was more glowing and radiant. Yes, now they can see his skin more often, just hands tough. Their master feels lazy to wear gloves nowadays. But he still covers his face with a veil. He mostly spends his time doing meditation, unlike previous Zhan who use to read medicinal books. The only thing that didn't change is that he still cares a lot about them. He treats them like his family. But he is also behaving like a fears bunny recently. Yubin who was worried about him asked, "Are you sure master? Do you really wish to meet the emperor?" Understanding his concern Zhan replied, "Don't worry Yubin ge, I just need to speak with his majesty about something important. The sooner the better." Hearing this a-qing replied, "Okay, your highness. I will convey your message to the Majesty." Then she left to meet the emperor.

Even after she left Yubin was still worried for Zhan. His first was, their master refused to eat anything other than fruits. Even after a week, he ate nothing but fruit. According to his master, his injuries should be faster if he follows this diet. Which is proven correct. His master almost completely healed in a week. But he should at least eat some porridge now.

Zhan started his medication, and after an hour or so when he was done he said something that shocked Yubin to the core.

" Yubin ge, where are the spiritual weapons given by my father and brother?"

The main reason for the shock was, everyone in the whole palace knew that Zhan doesn't have spirit. That's why he can't use any spiritual weapon. And due to his terrible physical condition, he couldn't use normal weapons as well. Yet his father gave him weapons, as they were family heirlooms. He was given weapons from his mother's side. His brothers have weapons from his father. Not all tough, their father is still alive. So he is currently a master of those weapons. After his mother's death, all her weapons were given to Zhan. But Zhan kept it just for her memory. He never wished to use them. So when Zhan asked for weapons, Yubin was Flabbergasted. But in a minute or so he composed himself and replied, "They are still at your residence in the palace master."

Zhan was shocked, that why his things were still at the palace? Well, he can just summon them from here. But his strong spiritual powers will be noticed by everyone. He can't let that happen, at least not yet. He should go there and get them personally. " Okay then. When his majesty will permit us to meet him, we should also get all our stuff from there. 

And at this point, Yubin couldn't be more shocked. He was at the peak of his emotion. Reaching further dept of emotions was humanly impossible. So he simply replied, " As you say, master." 

After a few minutes, a-qing came back, "Your Highness, His Majesty said you can't leave the cottage until he says so..."
