Josh's POV:

Right as Jen leaves, Claudia presses her lips to mine unexpectedly, but I accept.

"So what were you and Jen doing?" asks Claudia as she puts her hands on my chest.

"We just went to a Mockingjay Part 2 interview and then we hung out at her place. Why?" I ask while setting her hands at her sides.

"It's just I want you to hang out with me."

"Claudia, I hang out with both of you ok?"

"Ok."

"Tell you what? How about I take you out to dinner tomorrow night?"

"Ok! I can't wait!"

She kisses my cheek and then we head to bed.

I wake up and find a note next to me.

Claudia

I find my phone blinking and see a text from Jen.

Jen: Hey do you wanna hang out today?

Josh: Sure I'll meet you at your house in 20 minutes.

Jen: K see u soon.

I shower, get dressed, and eat breakfast, then I head to Jen's house.

I knock on her door and she opens the door happily.

"Hey!" says Jen while hugging me.

"Hi!"

"What do want to do?"

I step into her house as I tell her something.

"Jen, you can't tell anyone this, but you know how Claudia and I have been dating for 2 and a half years?"

"Yeah."

"Well I'm going out to dinner with her tonight and I'm planning on proposing! I was wondering if you wanted to go get the engagement ring with me?"

Jennifer's POV:

Right as Josh said that my heart broke, but I had to be happy for him.

"Sure I guess..."

"Ok let's go!"

We get to the jewelry store and right as we walk in, I find the most beautiful ring. I just wish Josh proposed to me with this ring.

I pick it up and admire it. The large diamond surrounded by smaller diamonds. Just then Josh comes up.

"Did you find one Claudia might like?"

"I found a beautiful one!"

Josh picks it up and says, "This one's perfect! I'm going to buy it for her!"

I wish her was me.

We drive back to Josh's house so he can drop off the ring in a secret spot.

We open the door and we both find something neither of us ever expected.
